Verified reviewGood price but poor customer service. Order was dispatched initially without correct customs documents so courier had to return item to shop. I then had to chase up the order on 2 different occasions and also send a written complaint about not being informed on the progress of the order at any point. Complaint was acknowledged swiftly and it turns out order had been despatched 2 days prior but no communication to this effect had been made. Website shows shows as UK based but items are despatched from France. This is misleading and a typical reason why I prefer to order from UK based companies to avoid these sorts of issues if possible. Would I order again? Probably not.

Verified reviewAlthough I was only ordering a pair of skis with bindings I wanted the bindings mounted in a non-standard way so that they would accommodate a specific range of boot sole lengths and the toe binding to be mounted so that a specific sole length would result in that boot (and not my usual boots) aligning on the ski's mounting mark. After an exchange of emails and a phone call from the very helpful Clara to confirm my requirements - and perhaps to confirm that I understood the implications of a (slightly) non-standard boot position - a special order was created to ensure my requirements were met. At my request the order was then delayed to ensure that delivery would take place when I was at home. Fantastic customer service and the price was competitive too; an unbeatable combination.
