Verified reviewWas a little concerned with some of the reviews but i can only judge on my experience. Ordered skis and boots for my wife and both orders came separate withinn days of each other with individual tracking numbers. Skis had been set to boots as requested and everything was in perfect condition. So happy i have just ordered another set of skis and boots for myself. Thanks Glisshop

Verified reviewExcellent sales, delivery arrangements and skis well packed. All very similar to when I ordered my husbands skis two years ago. I made a mistake on my order and contacted the firm I was reimbursed into my bank account the following day and reordered.

Verified reviewIt was a good price but the customer service was not existent. the phone number did not work, so I emailed twice. One for product advice second for update about my order. One email was responded to but very late. It delayed my order not being able to get advice and then the order didn't come when expected and there was no one to help. Meant I had to spend all the money I'd saved renting skis. :(
