Your order has been shipped on the 25th of November and after your contact with our customer service by chat on the 06th of december, we opened a claim with DPD to try to locate your parcel. Your parcel was declared lost on the 09th of december and we refunded you on the 12th of the same month. Best regards, The Glisshop team. "

Verified reviewI was a little hesitant after reading the reviews, but as the price was so good decided to order with Glisshop. My original order included items made in Ukraine and British customs prevents import of items from Ukraine - but Glisshop communications were excellent and the order was quickly cancelled and fully refunded. I ordered an alternative set of skis and bindings during the Christmas break - they arrived within a week in the UK - bindings fully fitted and adjusted for me and my boots. Overall an excellent service - highly recommended.

Verified reviewGlisshop is by far the best shop I have ever used for ski gear.. the prices are excellent the service is efficient and now the fears of brevity have receeded their prices include tax and shipping and mean you gave nothing to fear.
