"Hello and thank you for taking the time to respond to our survey. We are very sorry about the issue that you had with DPD, Your parcel should not have been left outside without your permission. After an investigation your parcel was declared lost on the 23rd of december and we refunded you on the same day. Best regards, The Glisshop team."

Good price for skis & bindings, all set up as per my instructions. Packaging for the skis is not great - a few light scratches on the skis when received - and delivery from France to UK was not the quickest. Finally, I am missing the free ski bag that was promised with my order.
