Verified reviewThe order was sent off promptly the same day by Glisshop from France but was then delayed at the Exeter DPD depot for about 10 days. I kept checking the tracking number and eventually I phoned DPD to find out what the hold up was and their excuse for non delivery was that the address was undecipherable. When the parcel arrived the following day, the address was perfectly legible but, the name of the village had been entered before our house name which is quite normal in France but possibly confusing in England. I did raise this with Glisshop at the time but they saw nothing wrong with how they had addressed the parcel. I blame the delay on DPD as their excuse for non-delivery was invalid in my view but it meant the purchase process was far too lengthy.
