Verified reviewThe company is fine but you are buying from France and if something needs returning, then you need to pay for the postage to the UK and back again - for a helmet that's £40, wiping out any savings of going online. If you know it fits, then great, but otherwise proceed with caution.

Only thing is that response time to a query took more than 24 hours, which in my case resulted in not being able to add a few more items to the same consignment, costing another 30 euros in postage. Having said that, both packages arrived on time within 24 hours of each other. Cannot rate products as yet as I haven’t used them. They arrived reasonably well packaged and without damage as far as I can ascertain at this time. Hope to use them tomorrow at Adelboden or Kandersteg.

Verified reviewI’m a complete novice and on a whim fancied trying out XC skiing. I found the search facility a bit rubbish, so it took a while to identify what I was looking for(inexpensive). I managed to order a mix of Nordic gear by mistake (skate and classic). I followed up the order with an email request to check it was compatible gear though and they were quick to reply, pointing out my error. This was followed with more correspondence and phone calls from a lovely helpful guy called Clément, who sorted everything out. Delivery was fast and skis, shoes and sticks seem good quality. I like these guys and would happily recommend them and I would use them again.
