  Purchase process is ok. What is not OK, when we buy more tickets in one purchase, you send only one voucher. Which is really nonsense - when we want to upload the tickets in the app, is possible to upload it only in one app, but the tickets are for several people. You should send the separate voucher for each ticket.

  The process of buying the hola tickets was long and problematic. I had to use three different debit cards from different banks and finally I had to contact my bank for the assistance as the transactions have been continually denied. After almost two hours of struggling and contacting my banks I finally managed to purchase the tickets and I got the voucher on my e-mail.

  Worst service in my whole trip in Barcelona. Is not worth it, specially because the staff is rude and without empathy. Dont recomend. Is better to take your time and visit walking, you save your money and enjoy the aame views
