  Buyer beware, purchased a 48 hour card and the card was not longer active or working after 24 hours. I had to buy another card to make the whole trip. :(

  I made a reservation for the Hola Barcelona Travel Card on December 27 before on my mobile, but the transaction was not completed. My credit card was charged, but your database says I didn't pay (complaint/question 1650144). I have to talk to my credit card company to get a refund for the ticket I did not get. But this time (using a computer) it worked. :-)

  Horrendeous and downright hostile! I had to enter my details 5 times. Whenever the payment fails or you dare to reload your get spit out of the payment process with an emty chart. Payment depends on 3rd party cookies. Email field blocks copy&paste. It's infuriatingly bad.
