  Had to start over three times before I could finally make purchase. Got an error message one time that transaction could not be completed. Tried to use American Express card, which apparently you don't accept. But finally completed transaction.

  I had a hard time trying to complete a transaction. My 1st 2 cards were declined. I called the card issuer if there was any problem and they reported back that no transaction was ever received. Luckily, the 3rd try went through.

  This site rejected my American Express Gold credit card which I have been using since 1982 including this week purchasing tours. No outstanding debt. Bought tickets with my Citibank without trouble. Will contact Amex to find reason as I need this to work for my forthcoming tour of Spain for accommodation and meals.
