  To start of, we are a regular visitor at Camp Kastanja (HR) and after the ownership change we've come across many dificulties. To start off, all of the houses we know are avalible, weren't listed and we informed the owners about it. After the updates we've noticed that after making the reservations and making the payme t as well, we haven't receiced the bill as it was noted in the verification on the web page. We had no customer suppoert for any questions regarding our booking or payments. Overall costumer support is non existing (at least at this time).

  The booking experience was horrendous, literally took me all day yesterday and all morning today. Payment wouldn't process then when I selected 4 credit card payments it wasn't showing any figures. No reponse from Facebook message and online chat was useless, phone number on website kept disconnectin me. Still trying to figure how to request a specific mobile, maybe you could help. Was almost ready to book somewhere else but my daughter has been the last two years and raves about it.

  I wanted to go on holiday from 11th to 17th May. If I had booked onto one site only I would have received 20% discount on the 6 nights. However I have tried to split the holiday to go to 2 different sites, 3 nights each, which to me is one continuous holiday. But I have only received discount for the first 3 days, I have lost the discount for the second 3 days. So splitting my holiday would have cost me an additional €108 more than if had booked just for one site, so i have not booked the second site. It seems unfair.

  Quite easy to book. Small details missing. Could be easier for a customer if you sat yourself in the customers chair. Eg. dog or not dog not always clear. And if you search camping sites i Croatia eg. you can see all sites on the map, but when you see the site lidt to the right and Mark the site, it do not show on the map which camping site it is. So small changes could be a good idea. Thanks.

  The venue was smaller than I was led to believe. That said it was clean and just about big enough. The lady who dealt with our order was nice. I dont understand why we had to pay €90 for cleaning then a further €150 deposit to ensure we cleaned. I left that bad boy immaculate so got my €150 back but still feel conned out of €90 cleaning fee. Thats not cool. But hey ho.

  Yep - good website and been to La Croix du Vieux Pont campsite before. The paying bit was a bit complex and not very clear on line. I had a 150 euro credit from a COVID cancelled holiday - need to improve I would say! eg says pay €10 and then balance but could only pay €20. Just needs someone review with a first timer and improve quite easily Im sure

  We are happy in our 1 week stay 😊 what we love most is there is lots of activity for kids and night life in the bar and the place is very calm. Only 1 thing the bed sheets and towel are pricey to be rented.

  Excellent website and I was easily able to find and book the holiday I wanted. However, there is no means of contacting the help desk except via a premium phone line (the last call I made to them cost £12.50) so for that reason I have to mark them down

  Pricing issues demotivate customers: 256 Euros, -14% it says. But as you go down the details, little extras for normal life are offered at a price. Towels, wifi and normal expected everyday stuff is sneakingly added to the pricing. So it is not 256. It's 300 plus. Why the dumb stealth increase? PLS give us the price including registration (?), Toilet paper and other basic necessities, What other unsuspected prices am I to face once on site? Coffee maker? chairs? I did not finish my order. I am looking elsewhere where pricing is straightforward. It is not the price, it is the fooling approach. Nobody is dumb anymore. Thank you.

  Been to this campsite 3 or4 times before and never went through this process before just booked it and that was that and also paid for our dog, so we knew that he could come with us, but you have changed that and say we pay for him at the campsite, just hope they have not change there policy and we are definetly allowed to bring him.

  We have stayed at Homair in Porec 3 years but now it seems like there is no blankets and pillows. I have been trying to call for a few days and tried to be called without success. Homair is very difficult to get in touch with. Last year we had cleaning problems and tried to contact Homair unsuccessfully. But the mobile home was fantastic and the space couldn't get any better.

  Homepage is ok, but if you have a problem and want to call homair it is impossible. I know that the are bussy because of covid-19. I have tried several time a day for 2 weeks. Tried the call back function. I have received no response.
