  Having a 5 year old the size of a 10 year old, who doesnt fit in shop bought nappies (ADHD/ASD)... these are a god send. They said themselves how they dont hurt, round his bottom, fit over his 'belly' and dont leak to look like they have wet the bed. They have asked if these can be his 'nightime pants until he doesnt need them anymore.. THANK YOU will def be ordering again.

  I always buy these nappies for my son for night time as they don’t leak & hold a lot of urine. I also buy the older pull ups for during day . I won’t trust another company as these are very comfortable & absorbing for my son .

  I have an NHS prescription normally re-ordered online with ease. However when entering the required patient ID it said there was no patient matching that data. I then tried the app with the same result. When phoning I held 3 calls for over an hour with no response. I tried the call back option but didn’t receive any follow up call. I then made a complaint on the email address provided and 5 days later received my order. I have had no problems previously and certainly hope this scenario isn’t repeated.

  Easy to navigate first page of website. Payments with debit card missing so pay pal and credit card only. Found the page after page of buying needs to be more simplified for direct buy for straight to payments and shipment and done. The sample was sent out fast and delivery was fast. The advice service through email was fast and helpful but mote details in description and a good breakdown on specs for diapers in size to measurements in better detail to materials and available materials as plastic backed may be more adequate than the breathable. I find the crotch area is not wide enough and the sag to account fir bulk has leg cuffs come away to account and worse for when wet needing body suit that slips to the side on occasions. I think in samples for newbies would be 2 diapers of slip in both moderate to heavy to ultimate would be best to introduce the ID range. The paper fabric is too easy to tear and damage applying product is often. The waste band us a great addition to ultimate and much needed on all ID range. Wicking of liquids to move up the diaper would be great to avoid soggy congregation in one area. Overall i think they are a very good diaper in ultimate for long distance, night protection and very heavy incontinence. Super plus is great fir local with changing facility's close by. I find the anti odour is not effective enough as i smell the change before the wetness indicator. Great service fast and desecrate. Would recommend if groin area fits comfortably.

  Parcel was left on front step only 2 paces from footpath. Would have been easily stolen if I hadn't been going out and nearly tripped over it ! The delivery person did not knock on the door as far as we know, no-one heard anything so I'm not too happy about that. Otherwise delivery was quick from time of ordering and have no problems with id direct.

  expected delivery date Aug 1 arrived today July30 Left outside the porch but delivery claimed to be in the porch and photo was black. Only checked the door as a visitor heard a noise, I didn't, and I went out to see the boxes, one squashed and breaking up. An email was sent re delivery at 0912 today. order says no stock of cleansing wipes sensitive - so where is my updated bill?

  I really struggled to pay for these items, very confusing, took me 3 attempts to find out how to pay. You need to show more options, how I found to pay as a guest wasn’t easy. Why you have to have a password and sign in before you can pay doesn’t make sense. I have only needed to buy extra pads from you twice, and each time it has taken me hours to manuvour my way through the procedure . And I’m not stupid, fortunately I am a NHS customer and to order for my pads is easy, but as I use more than I’m allowed and have had to order and pay for extra ones is a job I now dread.
