    I find these net bag's very good for protecting our clothes and giving them a longer life use and it keeps help's them in shape for longer the only thing that I'm finding is that the larger size of the bag's is catching? something maybe in my washing machine or a manufacturing problem as they are tearing apart after a couple of washes apart from that they are very good!

    I find the website very easy to use and it always tells you at every stage if something isn't right I have never had a problem with this website unlike many others that I have used I find it very useful as you find out if something is out of stock straight away and if you can reserve the item for when it does come back into stock I would recommend this website to anyone!

    Have been waiting for this order to arrive for ages now. Various messages say its been sent then a few weeks later much the same again. Have had messages from Evri (Used to known as Hermes) saying can't deliver and other nonsense. If I knew this company used Evri I would never had ordered anything from them as they are the most incompetant bunch of ****s I've known. Its a day of great celebration if they ever actually deliver anything. I have stopped using other suppliers who use Evri because of this. Recently had another e-mail from Ideal Practical saying they'd just resent my order. I won't hold my breath.

    I have since received the goods and am pleased with them but are reluctant to use your service again because of your use of Evri. All delivery companies very rarely have occasional problems but with Evri it seems to be the norm.

    Website is OK and easy enough to navigate. Ordering process was straightforward. Availability of goods appears to be a problem (but they don't tell you). Order completion is very slow. They say my order is being prepared. Payment has not been taken but it is shown as pending on my credit card account. Customer service assured me payment would not be taken until the order is to be dispatched.

    Easy site to use which has plenty of choice for those little items that you may not find anywhere else. I'm unable to shop in stores due to disabilities & have to use the internet for the majority of my purchases - Ideal&Practical make this easy with all parcels being trackable. They have a very friendly customer service who will help when needed. I would recommend giving them a try & you can always order a catalogue from them to get an idea of their products although they do have more on the website.

    I have bought the cat grid before and find it affective protects seeds and seedlings. I first bought this when I lived in an area overrun with cats and I was able to keep the cats off my small garden.     Was a little apprehensive at first as it was a company I’d not heard off, had my doubts as well when the pending payment disappeared a. Hooke of days after ordering. Anyway about a week and half later a dispatch was emailed and the payment reappeared. A few days after that my shoe rack arrived. Compared to another mail delivery company who wanted almost a £100 for the same or similar product compared to the £33 I paid with this company. Wry happy with my shoe rack.

    The items themselves were good. However the delivery driver left it on the doorstep and didn’t ring the doorbell. It was only by chance my son saw her delivering. I managed to talk to her and she said she had knocked. I have it on cctv, and she put parcel on doorstep, took a photo and left. At no time did she touch the front door.

The number of emails confirming the receipt and delivery of the order were more than really required and, I know this is a French company, but surely someone in the company is aware that there is no such word as "registrating" in the English language?     I cannot comment on any of the items I ordered as -to-date I have not received them.It is now 7 weeks since I placed my order and all I keep getting is an email stating it is being processed, this processing has been going on now for around four weeks.     The website confirmation page clearly stated in two different places that delivery would be within 10 days and would be free. They subsequently charged me £6.99 for delivery and over a month later I still have not received all the items. Customer Services were useless and after a series of unhelpful emails, having been referred to "a senior colleague" they wrote, (and I quote) "the additional £6.99 charged is for 'preparation and processing of the order. Moreover, the word 'FREE' refers to the choice of delivery method which you are not charged for." There was no choice of delivery method! No excuses were given for the delay in the delivery that I felt I was wrongly charged for.

    The vegetable bed is an adequate product, no more than that. I would not order another after the time I had to spend making it useable. Instructions all in French! with very poor diagrams. Sharp metal brackets on the inside to cause cuts. Surplus bits of wood not mentioned in advert. Top strut impossible to assemble until threads had been cleaned of paint and re-cut. Timber not treated or protected for outdoor use. The original advert, in the printed catalogue, tells just bare information and omits useful details such as depth of soil which can be achieved. No mention of sharp metal parts. I did not consider returning the product as I do not expect a replacement to be any better. Ideal-Practical is not a good description of this product. The company needs to improve on quality, information, and accuracy.

    This French firm needs to employ a British person to translate the items in the catalogue. & not a French person even with an English degree!!! Some of the captions are laughable.     I was delivered an ordered missing one item, the promised touch screen device. I have tried to contact them via email using the address on the website and all emails are returned by the server as addresss not found. I called the helpline and was left hanging fo 5 + minutes. In that time I was increasingly irritated by the repetitive message that gave no information such as how long the wait might be or what number I was in the queue. I was theninstructed to leave a message and promised a call back on the number I had called from Over 10 days and I am still waiting, . Extremely shoddy customer service and I told variouis people of ths and much as I hate facebook am tempted to post there too. .
