Verified reviewI have not received this purchase yet,I contacted them to ask were my order was pointing out that it has been a while and the reply was Your order has cleared and has been sent to the warehouse.it is no wonder that Amazon do so well their staff are awake.Well it has been 25 days and as far as I can see it has not been dispatched yet.

Verified reviewreceived email 6th November advising parcel would be delivered, closely followed by another advising there was a problem and it wasn't being delivered. I haven't got a clue what the problem is as I have had no further communication. When I track the parcel it just advises parcel is with them.- I really would like it with me!

Verified reviewThe items themselves were good. However the delivery driver left it on the doorstep and didn’t ring the doorbell. It was only by chance my son saw her delivering. I managed to talk to her and she said she had knocked. I have it on cctv, and she put parcel on doorstep, took a photo and left. At no time did she touch the front door.

Verified reviewWas a little apprehensive at first as it was a company I’d not heard off, had my doubts as well when the pending payment disappeared a. Hooke of days after ordering. Anyway about a week and half later a dispatch was emailed and the payment reappeared. A few days after that my shoe rack arrived. Compared to another mail delivery company who wanted almost a £100 for the same or similar product compared to the £33 I paid with this company. Wry happy with my shoe rack.

Verified reviewIt took much longer than estimated to eventually receive my delivery, due to supply issues. Hence the 4 star rating. However, once received I was and still am delighted with the item. The packaging was really safe and secure, and the delivery itself was faultless.

Verified reviewItems ordered were as described and delivered in timescales quoted, although this is longer than with many other companies. The number of emails confirming the receipt and delivery of the order were more than really required and, I know this is a French company, but surely someone in the company is aware that there is no such word as "registrating" in the English language? It would much improve the quality of the email trail if this was amended to the correct term "registering".
