  I bought another one of these sweatshirts but unfortunately it was to big and tried to send it back. I have never had so much trouble sending anything back in my life. Your courier, DHL, is absolutely shocking and useless. They are so bad that I'm wary of ordering anything from you in case I have to send it back.

  My only complaint was the state of the packaging when it arrived the box was in a terrible state and surprised the Jacket was still in it. I have noticed this happening a few times not just with yourselves but DPD in general.
