  I will never use Lacoste again after this experience with them. On line this order had been out for delivery for 2 weeks. Then out of the blue you cancelled the order stating that I had requested a return, which I did not. Appalling customer service

  The effort I had to go to, to have my money returned to me was shockingly poor. No response from Customer Services who I had to constantly chase during the small window of their opening hours to have my funds returned. Customer service is not the priority here as by the time it took Lacoste to sort this issue out, one of the items I had ordered was no longer in stock in my size. Disappointing.
