  Great selection of candles which is why I shop there, quick postage and they often give you a free prayer card. Would highly recommend, I cannot get to Lourdes so this is the next best thing so thank you for running this website. I light many candles for many intentions so thank God for Lourdes giftshop.com

  Most of orders come within reasonable time and the quality is fine however one of the gem rosaries I have purchased lately (tiger's eye cord rosary) quality was disappointing. The cord got loosened up and the cross keeps falling out. Due to small size it is quite hard to fix it as the cord keeps getting untied itself. Moreover one gem bead is missing and I have just discovered it when I was praying. It is a bit disappointing as paying over 30 Euros for a rosary you would like to expect at least the number of beads to match rosary's specification. Apart from that I absolutely love Lourdes gift-shop products. Do your products really get blessed or you just saying this for marketing reasons? It would also be nice if you could mention beside your chains that they are really small as it came as a massive surprise to me when I purchased several of them. Could you provide some larger ones as an option? These chains look really poor comparing to the medium sized medals they support. They are extremely fragile, easy to get broken. Photos of them being worn around a neck would give customers some idea of how tiny they really are. These chains do not really look like value for money products. Moreover rosaries' crosses sometimes are well-over decorated distorting the shape of the cross. I think the cross that is the main symbol of Christian faith should be of simple construct resembling the real thing. Rosaries with simple crosses or crucifixes look much better. Moreover, in my opinion some crosses are way to large for the size of the rosary. Why are they making them like this? Crosses should nicely fit to the size of a rosary. Moreover the quality of some gold plated rosaries' chains and crosses are a bit disappointing. The gold layer is so poor on some of them that it loses its gloss showing other metal underneath of it in some places. Why don't you raise these issues with the manufacturer? They should put some more effort in making these beautiful products. At the end of the day God and Jesus' Mother deserve much more than that. Please, improve the quality of your products.
