  I am a very happy regular customer of Lourdes Gift Shop. This seller is very trust-worthy. The advertised items are of very good quality. Delivery is reasonably quick but it does not really depend on the seller. Once I had a faulty item which I complained about. My query was dealt with in very professional manner. I received a replacement free of charge. What can I say?! I simply love shopping at Lourdes Gift Shop and I wholeheartedly recommend this seller to any Christian, not only a Catholic one.   The Our Lady Untier of Knots rosary, I could only find here at a reasonable price. I saw a small one (10 beads) in Augsburg, for almost 4xs the price! Amazon does not have anything comparable with what the Lourdes Gift shop has to offer. Very happy with the fast delivery--GLS delivery is always superb--and the quality of the religious articles.   I've paid for package posting worldwide and never incurred the charges you charge. Please note, this was me doing so from Ireland. Also me posting back to Ireland, while I was abroad. Regarding parcel tracking, this is done by the courier at no extra charge. You can of course upgrade your tracking with extra charge if you want. If your Company has a policy for upgrade tracking. I fail to see why us the customer should be charged for this, as we never requested this. Ye the Company should give us the option at checkout. With regard Weight,it applies of course, but not to the extent your suggesting.   Nicel Miraculous Medal of Madonna. Made out of Argentum, glossy look. As far as details are concerned, I am slightly disappointed. Both hearts at the reverse of the medal are not as per specification of the medal. You cannot notice it with your eye only but under a magnifying glass it is very transparent. The shape of the hearts is correct; the sword is present however other elements of these hearts are either non-existent or of very poor quality. I think little details of the medal of this sort are very important and should be preserved. The manufacturer should be pressurised by the retailer to make much more effort in manufacturing the right product. Let's remember that Miraculous Medal of Madonna is not just a piece of jewellery and we should not treat it as such, therefore details of the medal are of huge importance.

  Having recently visited Lourdes, I found that I hadn't bought enough little gifts for friends and family. So I searched online and found it was possible to order extra items. Ordering was easy and my items arrived fairly promptly. I was particularly pleased to read that all items are blessed before distribution.

  This was the first time I ordered from the Lourdes gift shop and I was not disappointed. The St. Benedict cross is stunning. The oils arrived in tact and the mint candy is delicious. Nothing broken or leaking. I will definitely order again. Thank you Lourdes gift shop and God bless.
