  I have been a very satisfied customer since last September or October. I have the greatest respect for all concerned dealing with my various orders. A very special Thank you to Katia, whose expertise and efficiency towards both me and the order I placed was excellent each time. I have recommended your business to quite a few. The kindness shown to both my partner Larry and myself went above and beyond. Sadly Larry was unable to travel to Our Lady's Grotto, as he went home to God on 5th. May (the day we were due to travel, and his funeral was on 9th. the day we were due to return home. Our Blessed Mother guided him home. RIP. Larry was also very pleased and impressed with the dedication of the promptness of each order. My sincere thanks to everyone and that also includes Larry's thank you.   Apart from other articles, I ordered 2 beautiful gold miraculous medals for my children, and Holy Water for my ailing mother who always watches the LIVE stream at the Lourdes sanctuary on YouTube and is amazed by the number of pilgrims who come there out of faith even on wheelchairs, etc. Since it was an online order to be delivered all the way here in Dubai, was worried about the timeliness of the order and quality of the articles, and how things might go about with the customs clearance, logistics, etc. To my surprise and delight everything went smoothly and I received my order well packed and before the expected delivery time!

  I received my medal it was a wait as royal mail are not known for speed,but worth it,put in a beautiful lacy bag the miraculous heart of our lady. very clearly moulded ,also bright shiny silver which has not lost its luster,despite waring it constantly ,unlike a Scottish make I bough which once on tarnished and mouldings were far unclear to say the least, this medal is superior

  It arrived in good condition and I’m very happy with them although the shipping took quite a whille. The room spray has especially very strong scent along with the incense so that the 3 one -litter-bottles of plain spring water have absorbed its scent so not quite good to taste. May I suggest that it would be best not to mix these in one box or to adequately seal the perfumed items so not to affect the other items. Thanks. Highly recommended!

  I ordered a set of Archangel Michaels for my wife. She has unwavering devotion to this Angel and wanted to replenish her existent medals. After finding the exact ones on the Lourdes Giftshop we placed the order. The process could not have been easier. When the medals arrives, they were exactly of the quality and design advertised. In addition she received a beautiful bottle of Lourdes water and a note that prayers would be said for all her intentions. This very special gift and kind thought made her day.   1000% satisfied. My candle is beautiful and EXACTLY what I have been searching for. It also had the correct wax for church candles and did not have a bad smell. (I ordered from somewhere else first, and they sent something totally wrong - wrong size, with a sticker on it, made of hard wax, and it had a REALLY bad smell like old cologne.)   EXCELLENT. The religious articles are not too expensive--like at a shop on-line located in Rome. Also, the delivery is super fast, and I am pleased that the GLS driver, brings my merchandize up the stairs, to my door. Also, an added bonus is that you can send a prayer request. Thank you, too, for the free mini-bottle of Our Lady of Lourdes' Sanctuary holy water.

A wonderful item for gift. 8) There are 2 things they lack though and I wish they could introduce these items for sale: much more choice of various sizes rosary pouches (leather with zip, button or cord, leather-like, other material ones) as they sell a lot of rosaries and perhaps some nice quality small size (let's say 20cm-27cm) variety of Mary Mother of God pictures with frame one could hang on the wall). Not as a criticism but just a suggestion. 8) I have bought quite a lot of things at Lourdes Gift Shop to date and keep coming back. All members of my family wear beautiful Miraculous Medals and have stunning rosaries courtesy of this fantastic shop. 9) Lourdes Gift Shop has its own very special place in my internet browser bookmarks collection.   Beautiful items. Everything I’ve purchased is so pretty and shipping arrival is not bad. However I wish the shipping wasn’t so expensive because then I could purchase here more often.
