Verified reviewMonvento forgot to engrave the lunch box… then I contacted the customer support, it takes them forever to provide me a solution, and I’m still in the process of waiting for them to give me a response. In the meantime they have asked me proofs of my claim, multiple of my information… it’s just a frustrating process to deal with them, and my son already in the meantime went to elementary school, so I missed this personalized gift to him. 😭 I’m very sad.
