  Unfortunately Motostorm use FedEx for shipping to non EU countries (like UK) I bought a Tenere bash plate and then received £50 import tax on top, so point ok eds buying from them to save money in the first place

  delivery took longer than expected. All channels that they have are not in use. contacted them via skype, instagram, email. I couldn't get an update from their team until i directed the query to a specific staff. She was great in giving me the details and expected delivery date. The delivery itself is fast. But the processing is whats off putting.

  This is my first time shopping with Motostorm and I'm glad that I didn't make the wrong choice as the experience is positive! Although the shipping is slightly later than the expected time but it is understandable given the Black Friday sales volume but other than that, the items delivered are all accurate in terms of size and color and very well packed as well.   Got delivered to the U.S. very quickly. Original ship date was set for December 24th when I placed the order Nov 30, but they did a great job getting it shipped out and delivered in time for me to give it to my girlfriend for Christmas. Quality is excellent, and service was great!

  I'm very pleased with the range of products available, and the prices are very good. It is especially nice to find things such as Termoscud covers that are hard to get in North America. I had a helmet shipped to Canada, and it arrived in less than a week. Excellent tracking information as well. Will also use them when I am in Italy.

  Thanking you for your feedback. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. This is normal pratice.

  I purchased a HJC Rpha 1 Garrett Gerloff Replica and the price was hundreds lower than any store in the United States. Helmet arrived in about 2 weeks and was well worth the wait. Some people are saying their helmet only had a clear visor, but mine also had a dark smoke visor in the box. I ordered the size according to size chart and it fits snug as it should.

  Ordered an intermediate section of exhaust pipe for my 2024 HD Pan America , replacing the factory muffler and pre-muffler with an Arrow muffler. The end of this intermediate section that is designed to fit over the factor catalytic exhaust header end is almost 2 1/4 inch ID. The OEM Exhaust header end is 2 1/2 inch OD. This new intermediate section will not fit. This part on Motostorm is listed to fit 2021 Pan Americas thru 2024 Pan Americas. So not very happy.

  Not allot you can do really. Shipping it back will costs more than it is worth, and after doing some additional research this is the only intermediate pipe that Arrow makes for the Pan America. When I checked on the Arrow web site, very confusing, one written line has the attention symbol and says that all their components for the Pan America are interchangeable. Then the very next line with and attention symbol, states that some parts diameters may be different. I did contact their customer service about this and I received no response at all. Tim Bailey

  I live in the States, so I was not having high expectations for speed of delivery. To my surprise, the package arrived in exactly one week. Motostorm shipped it in the original manufacturer's box, which took a small ding on one of the corners, but the top case was still in pristine condition. Motostorm shipped it quickly, and DHL took it from there. I saved money, even with shipping cost.   Great helmet! Quality clearly shows and VERY comfortable. Not the most glasses friendly, if you have a thick frame you might want to do more research on glasses. Size was perfect to measurement. More quite than an AGV K3 or Icon airflite and more comfortable. Comes with the street spoiler only and a smoked visor (clear visor is installed already). Delivered on time with DHL.
