  Achtung , meine amerikanischen Mitburger! I ordered the held jacket and it has met my expectations. I am 6'1 weigh 200 lbs chest 42 ,I choose size 56 and is a true fit, not tight. I was very nervous to order overseas but alas it turned out well. I will shopping with them in future. God bless

  My order arrived in three days all the way from Italy. The bracket fit my new 2024 Yamaha tracer nine GT plus perfectly. Everything I could see on different websites said that this part would not fit the 2024, but it does perfectly.

  Motostorm.it has a great website. I'm in the US, and I can set to English and USD. When importing to the US, not VAT is due and the website automatically shows the prices without VAT. The shipping rates are reasonable, too. I can find styles and sizes at motostorm.it that simply are not available in the US. It's my go-to website for motorcycle gear!

  Great job. Fast shipping from Italy. I received from MS before a package I ordered from Virginia in the states at the same time. My wife loves her new Falco's. Size conversion from US to EU used and she was happy. My Falco's are way sturdier than I thought they would be. They are a little narrower then a US cut at the widest part of my foot, but not so much that I'll return them. I wear a US 11 men's and I ordered EU 45. It was the correct size and I think these will break in a little bit anyway. Nice product and good dealer. Thank you

  Unfortunately, I did not receive this item I ordered yet, there has been a delay in custom clearance for a helmet!. I spent hours trying to navigate FedEx and US customs, and they kept telling me that they need documents and information from the shipper, this has not been resolved yet I did contact motostorm to send the required document so I can receive the shipment no response yet.

  I ordered a Shoei Neotec 3 helmet at ~6pm East Coast USA time on Mar 5 and there was a notice when I woke up the next morning that it had been shipped. It arrived via Fedex at 2:30pm the next day, March 7. So, less than 48 hours from receipt of the order in Italy to delivery on my doorstep in Washington, DC. Hard to believe. The box and the helmet were both in good shape, no dents, dings or defects of any sort. I'm extremely happy with the service, and I LOVE the helmet.

But why does it also have to mention the content AND it’s value. That information can be reason for people handling the package to think twice about actually delivering it.   The Berek Racing gloves were great. Second time ordering them. If they could only get the initial order out to the shipping company quicker, they would be my go to first place when needing any motorcycle gear. For this reason I shop their competitors locally in U.S.A instead. As well goes with the shipping cost. If they’re profiting off of the cost of shipping, then that also makes them less likely to earn my business. Time and shipping cost makes them less attractive to shop with. Room for improvement to earn a wider range of clients.

  Very good, only the Pinlock was not included, like mentioned on the homepage. Maybe a mistake in the translation to english. When ordering, I was wondering about the included.pinlock,because of the price. Now I see it as mistake, but no problem with it.   I ordered a Shoei Neotec 3 helmet to the United Arab Emirates. My order, with courier and import taxes, was about 150 euros cheaper compared to buying my helmet locally. I placed the order on Thursday night, and on Monday afternoon my new helmet got delivered to my door in Dubai. Great job! I will used this company again!
