  The Givi AF300 Vario Screen that I have received has a manufacturing defect. It looks like a cracking or scratch at the top of the screen, right in my field of vision. Unfortunately being from Australia, with Motostorm's return policy it is not cost efficient to return the product. If a product is defective, Motostorm should cover the cost of the return and/or send a replacement at no cost to the customer. I had the same experience with Unit Garage crash bars that was received damaged on a previous order. It will make me reconsider purchasing from Motostorm again in the future.

  I couldn’t find a N-com dealer in the states, so I ordered from you. I was nervous about ordering the headset from Italy, but it all went smoothly. I wish I had ordered the helmet at the same time, but I didn’t know how to ask you to install the headset into the helmet.

  Excellent service, price and quick delivery. I live in Australia and the helmet was received about 7 days after ordering. Pricing was hundreds of dollars cheaper than I could buy the helmet locally. Very happy with Motostorm!

  I had issues with my Enduristan bags and reached out to both Motostorm and Enduristan regarding the issue. They both stood behind the product and rectified my issue 100% I ride with a large group of people and always recommend that before they purchase any Motorcycle items, off the Internet from the US, they should always compare prices with Motostorm and know they are easy to work with and stand behind their products. Look forward to doing more business in the future.

  sorry for the review but the courier you use are appalling, don't turn up when they say they will, when they finally turned up said they couldn't get a payment, they didn't even knock as i was waiting with cash/card , so still haven't received my goods, when they turn up again or if they turn up again hopefully i receive my goods,

  I couldn’t find the Gaerne SG22 boots anywhere online that had size 10 USA in stock… except for motostorm. I have never ordered here before and I wasn’t able to enter in size 10 USA so I was a little nervous about ordering size 44 in EU. After looking online at multiple sites with conflicting information I took the gamble and ordered them. From the time I ordered things were moving and they came from Italy to the USA in 3 days. I am very happy with the speed of shipping and packaging. The boots were nerve racking to unbox… I didn’t want to spend 600$ on boots that were the wrong size and then pay to ship them back and forth for another pair. So I open up the boot and it says EU 44 USA 9.5 and I thought oh no. But after trying the boots on and walking around all evening I was convinced I made a good decision. The boots are snug, but are nice and wide like the old SG12. May even be some more room to wiggle your toes. All in all I am extremely happy with motostorm and Gaerne. The SG22 are beautiful. If you’re nervous about ordering from motostorm, don’t be!

  Nearly 3 weeks for an item to arrive when its in stock and was expected within 6 days of placing the order. Having to pay an extra £49 import duty and lack of delivery information from the courier is poor to say the least. Would not recommend to UK customers.

  Hello, we are sorry you are not completely satisfied with the experience at Motostorm. When the order was placed on February the 5th the website indicated shipment as programmed for the 13th, considering only business days. We shipped exactly on February the 13th, therefore within the indicated ETA. As for Custom charges, the UK has been out of the EU for four years now, and since the beginning you hadn't had to pay VAT any longer but you are requested Custom charges upon delivery of the package when ordering from a country within the European Union. Still, for those who still do not know this, the website indicates in the cart once the destination Country is selected: "Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery."

  I'm very happy with my shopping experience with Motostorm. I bought Givi pannier racks and E22N side cases for my KTM 390 Adventure. The prices were the best that I could find, the shipping cost was reasonable, and shipping from Italy to the USA was fairly quick. I would highly recommend Motostorm and suggest giving them a look.
