  I am satisfied product lineup and prices by Motostorm. Also, happy with special offers like the brack friday this time. The big value of Motostorm is that I can get products which are not available in my cuntory and those are really reasonable price. Basically, the shipping process is quick if products are available. Only negative point is current delivery charges is little expencive. So, overall I would enjoy shopping with motostorm again !!

  Service is really good - I bought a Caberg Helmet online a couple of months back whilst I was overseas - there was a bit of a delay that was going to coincide with me not being able to take possession and they cancelled the order and refunded money without any questions - I have since purchased the helmet again and it arrived on time - a really good service and online store - I will be using them again.

  Excellent product. Fit is precisely per the sizing chart, I was within all the measurements for a size 48 and the fit is comfortably snug. I don't think I'd get a custom suit to fit any better.

  The problem is that Motorstorm sends parcels via UPS to Thailand and to receive the parcel you need to clear it through customs, and this is very long, expensive and difficult for a foreigner. For Thais it is a little easier, but you need to register at customs. This is not my first parcel from Motorstorm and earlier I said to send only FedEx or DHL (with them everything is much simpler and taxes are paid upon receipt of the parcel). As a result, the delivery of the parcel is very slow and with a lot of problems.

If the buyer does not indicate a carrier preference then motostorm decide at its own discretion on what carrier can be used for the shipment. I advise you to indicate your shipper preference in the notes section at checkout. If its possibile for us to ship with the carrier you want then we will do so.

  Great helmet (3rd I have bought and 2nd from Motostorm). However, I was worried about production date and 5yr life of any helmet I buy. Motostorm assured me they hs e no helmets over 1 yrs old (so no worse than 4yr use life. But the helmet they sent me was produced 25 mos ago so it only has a use life of about 3 yrs. Not good.

  The SV650's genuine seat was not well made, so I was looking for one and found this product. I was disappointed when I installed it and sat on it, but the feeling of sliding forward did not go away. I was surprised when I took it for a test ride! It has just the right amount of incline and hardness, making it good for sporty riding. However, if it were to be a little smoother for touring, I think it would be the perfect seat. I think the front should be about +1cm. The pillion seat is perfect. I recommend this seat.

  I purchased a Helite Turtle 2 Airbag vest. Motostorm did an excellent job of sending my Package all the way from Italy to North Carolina in only 5 Days! I contacted their customer support with questions about the vest and they responded the same day, this gave me confidence in my purchase. I purchased a medium size based on all the information I had, I am 5'9" tall and 166 lbs, this vest fits perfectly over my leather riding jacket. I feel much safer on the road now, I'm 63 years old and have been riding my entire life, will do business again with Motostorm.

  I am from Canada.. I received my order (from Italy) in two days, that was unbelievable! I haven’t tried the parts yet, my bike is away during winter, I will install the parts next spring, so I hope they’ve sent the right ones… I checked the paper and it looked right.   The ordering process was fairly easy. Very quick shipping. DHL delivery was quite smooth, with timely notification of luggage whereabout and on-line tax payment. The boots arrived here in good shape this morning as requested. The boot fit is excellent as expected, thanks!

  The helmet is great. As expected, the LS2 Stream II looks and feels like a much higher priced helmet. It is past the ride season, so it probably won't get much use for a while, but It is very comparable with my sons' Shark and Rurok helmets that cost more than twice as much. The internal padding is actually nicer. The only reason for a 4 is how long it took for Motostorm to process the order. It only took about 5 days to ship from Italy, but it took over two weeks to process the order. Despite the delay, they did keep me updated as the process took place.

  Pourquoi confier vos envois à FedEx qui est probablement le plus mauvais transporteur ? Je reçois de leur part un message de livraison pour mercredi et le livreur passe mardi alors que je n'étais pas chez moi. Si j'ai le choix je ne passerai plus de commande chez vous car vous cautionnez une société qui se fichent des clients. Regardez les avis !

En cas d'absence le transporteur fait 2 autres tentatives et vous devriez etre recontacté pour organiser la nouvelle livraison (soit par avis de passage, soit par email ou bien sms). Nous sommes heureux de constater que la livraison a bien eu lieu hier. Si vous ne souhaitez plus que nous utilisions un certain transporteur, vous pouvez exprimer votre choix dans les notes de votre commande lors d'un futur achat. Nous avons en effet plusieurs partenaires logistiques.

  I'm in the US and shipping was fast although a bit on the expensive side. Item was as described and as far as overseas transactions goes, it was as simple as it gets. I would suggest looking for a local dealer first though because shipping on my item costs $36 USD for a short windshield.

  Unbelievably fast shipping from Italy to Massachusetts, took just two days. Packed perfectly without any damage to the Arrow Veloce kit and now my Street Triple actually sounds like a sportbike. Looking forward to buying from Motostorm again.
