Verified reviewI ordered an item from Motostorm on the 27th of March. But before placing my order I decided to inquire how long it would take for the item to arrive in my country (Philippines). I received a reply that said it would take a week. I read the reviews on the online shop and found that they even took the time to reply to the negative comments (I do not know anybody else that does that). The tracking system worked perfectly and the parcel arrived on April 1 in my country. It took less than a week inspite of all this madness most of us are going through. Unfortunately, I received it on the 10th of April instead of the 5th, but this was totally out of their jurisdiction. Still, it was delivered to our doorstep, I did not have to pick it up from the post office (like I did with another online store). So yes, I am impressed with Motostorm and I am currently saving up on the next items I would like to purchase from them. Keep up the good job and stay safe! Cheers!

Verified reviewThe website is in my favourite bar and is easily accessible when I need to get onto Motostorm website when I need to purchase my next motorcycle items. However the delivery to a secured PO Box has been an issue due to the freight carrier not delivering to a PO Box. Other than that I'm very happy with the dealing with Motostorm for parts and pricing. That is why I keep returning to Motostorm.

Verified reviewFirst, I placed the order of my Shoei helmet on March 10, and it was supposed to be shipped on 20 March but nothing happened. However, I got in touch with Motostorm, and later following my numerous emails, they amended the order based on the availability on March 30, but they shipped and delivered it very fast. So, there was a bit of delay but finally i received my beautiful Shoei in a perfect packaging. good luck guys.

Verified reviewHey guys, my name is Dagan. I had wanted a pair of "Five Gloves" for quite some time. I finally pulled the trigger on Monday 04/05/21 and they showed up on Thursday 04/08/21. Might not seem that amazing to some, but the detail that really makes this amazing is that I live in California. So they went from Italy to Germany and then straight to California in 3 days time. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for professional, reliable and informative help in anything motorcycling related.
