  Overall very good all round. Decals are exactly as ordered. Im hoping they don't peel off the wall as time goes by. Care does need to be taken when placing them but that's to be expected. A bit slow in sending them out and use DPD as a delivery service whom IMO are the worst delivery company. But as I said overall very satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend.

  Five Star. Easy to order and very fast delivery from Spain to UK at a reasonable carriage charge. Packed very well too with an applicator and excellent UK instructions. Quality of the vinyl and the printing first class - the vinyl is Avery Dennison, a quality product. Easy to apply, although I have done one before and it’s always a bit stressful ! No issues at all and looks amazing. Very, very pleased. Thank you.

  I had to pay c.£50 import duty on this product (Spain to Englan) which I was not aware of before I purchased. I got letters from FedEx and then a debt collecting firm, which was most upsetting because I thought it was a scam.

  Good morning, customs fees are beyond our control, it depends on the legislation of your country, we cannot control that a customs intervention falls on your order and they make you pay for it. It is not usual for it to happen. If I was not satisfied, I could not have picked it up and they would have returned it to us. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  Came faster than I expected from an overseas seller (I'm in the US), and all the stickers I ordered came in a neat tube that kept them protected. The stickers did have a little bit of a preference for the paper than the sticky sheet and a preference for the sticky sheet than the wall, but I think that was due to the nature of my stickers (basically a bunch of small ones in one larger design) as well as the roughness of my wall. They look awesome put up though.

  Stickers are colorful and easy to apply. Glue is strong - these are not the removable/reusable type. The end of the mailing tube had disappeared during transit - bad taping? - but AFAIK nothing was lost. Nothing to complain about shipping time inside Europe, was delivered in a week from the order.

  Lack of communication is the downfall..! Shipping costs are a bit high … and having to pay customs for imports is discouraging.. considering you have to pay shipping costs as well..!

  I thought that the £11. Shipping costs covered the customs fee. And I never saw or read anything about the customs cost .. otherwise I would never have purchased the items.

  I think the different categories of vehicle/ use of graphic could be easier to navigate. Once the area was found the choice is good as are the colour and size options. Delivery was very quick and the courier notified me of delivery time. Excellent service.

  Ordered vinyl decals for my motorhome. They had a good selection of graphics and sizing and colour choice were easy to do. Notified of each stage of the delivery and arrived within a couple of days. The product was of very good quality and went on to the motorhome very easily. They look great and enhance the look of the motorhome.
