  Size did not fit so I had to return the products. I do not find Odlo being service/client orientated as this is the first time I had to pay myself for returning the products and there is no possibility to indicate on the account that you are returning products so everything has to be returned in "good" faith. This process will prevent me from ordering at Odlo again which I really find a pity.

  I ask for three bras, and only one fit me. So, I try to contact odlo. The answer on the phone was that they were to busy and if I leave my phone they contact me. I'm still waiting for it! And they do not deliver the packet to my address, I had to go to pick it in a very confusing address. Because I must return the two bras that do not fit me in a time, I went to the post and post them: more than 17 euros that will be add to the final price. Now I'm waiting for the money you have to return to me, but no notice and no way to speak to odlo. Well, I really did not expect this from a German company.

  These headbands won't stay in place. I don't think the gripper is adequate. I was refused a refund and was told the product was one size fits all. But that it doesn't fit everyone. Nonsense

  I was promised to get 10% discount when leaving my e-mail adress. Unfortunately the confirmation mail wqs received 3 hours later. In the meantime I bought my clothes expectibg that I would get my discount later. After 3 e-mails, 2 calls with the helpdesk, I received an answer after 2 weeks... they couldn’t give me the discount afterwards, also a voucher was not possible. Misleading advertisement, very slow response from helpdesk!

  I rate Odlo and their products very highly. II really like the layering system of clothing as it is light to wear and extremely practical when one is out of doors for most of the day. Wash and go is great and smart enough for me. The combination of design and science is excellent. All in all a great addition to my lifestyle. At the moment (lockdown) the internet ordering and delivery is so useful.

  The website promises a 10% discount if you subscribe to their mailing list. I did this as I was in the process of choosing my items. Though I checked my email account repeatedly, there was no sign of the promised email with my discount code. I gave up and placed my order for three items at the full price. The discount code finally came through about 7 hours later. I’ve never come across a website that promises a discount code and takes so long to deliver on it. I feel totally ripped off and misled!
