  Some time ago I bought some Brief Cubic size S from Odlo. All right. Now I have bought the same product again, same model and size, but they are smaller and I cannot wear them. I do not understand how there can be this difference in size. I have contacted Odlo to try to solve the problem, but more than 7 days have passed and I have no news.

  Ordered many times and Nearly always been happy. However, this particular order turned into a headache, UPS didn’t deliver and Odlo where uncontactable and then unhelpful, this was during peak Covid, so a bad experience at a bad time. My pet peeve with Odlo is their item descriptions - the don’t give you any facts about the product, rather give some abstract view on the item. “Brave the elements this season”, “innovative outer layer“ & “The optimal balance”... cut the crap and give us a proper description of the items.

  Very easy to find and then order online the cycle shorts I particularly wanted. Delivery cost £5 and was by UPS. I was able to follow the progress of my order on their tracking site. It whizzed through Europe and across to the UK to Luton but then seemed to stall for a few days. In the morning it would show as 'parcel would be delivered by 9pm' and then in the evening this would be replaced by ‘Delivery will be delayed by one business day.’ this was very frustrating as I waited in each day (and didn't go cycling) and I live very near Luton. Maybe there were problems due to Covid 19 and my parcel did arrive eventually.

  Pakket pas aangekomen nadat ikzelf UPS heb moeten bellen omdat het huisnummer niet stond vermeld op het pakket. Odlo zelf wou dit niet oplossen en UPS een log en klant-onvriendelijk bedrijf! Hoe het kan?? Weet niet, want heb betaald met PAY-PAL en deze geven ALTIJD het volledige adres door! Voor mij zijn zowel ODLO en UPS GEEN klantvriendelijke bedrijven! Uiteindelijk in orde gekomen met veel tijdverlies. Zal niet meer opnieuw bestellen!

  Super looking website, but had problems using it on an iPad as there seemed to be scaling issues when I clicked on certain links. Website could include more details and photos of the products since you are ordering unsighted items. I had to return two items as they were too big but I could not get the returns web page to work despite multiple attempts and several emails to Odlo customer services. I was also originally asked to return the items to a US returns address, despite the fact that I live in the UK and my location was clearly stated on the order. The refund seems to have been processed swiftly to my credit card, however, and the original order was dispatched quite quickly from Germany to UK. Ordering experience would have been OK-ish if I didn’t need to return some items, but the return experience was disappointing and at my own cost (tracked so not cheap). Given these issues I won’t be repeating.

  My wife does a lot of mountain running in the UK & Alps. I bought her a t-shirt last year and she always says how amazing it is at keeping her warm or cool and dry (I know- sounds like magic to me). This year I bought her a running vest and after one wear the material started to bobble and degrade where her running pack straps were rubbing the vest. In fairness to Odlo they gave a full refund with no quibbles, but it leaves me with the dilemma of what to get my wife for her birthday!

  Very poor. The Item did not arrive and Odlo’s customer care department repeatedly failed to carry out the actions they said they would to deal with the situation: a promise to tell me what had happened within five days didn’t happen. A promise to send me a refund form by the end of the day didn’t happen.

  The product has very different look with the picture showed in description, and I emailed the customer service with the picture I took for the product I received, and put the picture Odlo provided as comparison. The Customer Service replied me only one sentence "It's same." What? It's really totally different.

  Odlo has not given my correct address to UPS, who as a result of this could not deliver the product to me. Upon contacting Odlo, a Soraya, after having addressed me with by wrong name, informed me that the delivery had been returned to Odlo and that they were unable to resend it. This was a very disappointing experience.

  Il sito è abbastanza chiaro e ben organizzato. Bene anche la modalità per procedere con gli acquisti. A mio parere però le indicazioni relative alla vestibilità non sono corrette: canotta e maglia pensavo fossero attillate e invece non lo erano; in compenso la giacca ero troppo stretta sul torace.Rapido il rimborso. Visto i tanti capi proposti consiglierei di distinguere meglio la scala qualità, quando esiste, per le diverse tipologie offerte: esempio prodotto base, prodotto tecnico, prodotto professionale.

  ARE THE SWISS DIFFERENTLY SHAPED?: I regret to say that I do not think my complaint was taken seriously enough. The sleeves are 12cm too long. I have been purchasing tech shirts from various brands over many years and with one exception this is the only circumstance of the above. I felt the response was indifferent and it seemed clear to me that at no time had they bothered to verify my complaint by taking the trouble to actually measure the sleeves as I, and my dry cleaners had done. Four separate tailors were asked if they could take up the sleeves only one responded positively but at a cost of £25 that would have wiped out the £20 (1/3) saving I had made. Nonetheless, I have decided to keep the shirt. It is a lovely shirt. Attractive design and material and will now have to wear with the sleeves rolled up. My personal dimensions have not changed so much over the years. My arms have not grown to accommodate an Odlo shirt so this must be down to poor quality control and a willingness to retail a defective product in the hope that the discount would in someway compensate. I have also declined to accept their offer of a 10 per cent discount ( a common and not exceptional practice) as I can have absolutely no confidence that my unfortunate and unsatisfactory experience may not be repeated!

  Odlo had great products. But, in my case the product displayed on the website is not the same I received. So I returned, but the new delivery was still not the same. The response of the customer service is very slow. In my second order I specifically asked to check that the new delivery would be as displayed on the website. I even put comparable pictures in my contact with customer service. I don't think they read it. The return proces is outside the Netherlands, wich cost me 9 euros. After contacting customer service it will be refunded, but all the mailing and calling makes it not pleasant. I still don't have the product as displayd on the website, and I am already waiting for several days for a reaction on my mail to customer service. But the products of Odlo are great ...

  Very bad! Cannot buy Or fit my product ( a bra) in a shop, so have to order to fit. Pay, wait etc.... at the end, it is not the right size for me and send it back for 9 euros!! That’s an expensive way of fitting your sports bra!!

  I would not buy from Odlo again. No returns labelled are generated and so complicated to return especially as I am in shielded group and can’t get to a post office. So return with Her,EE was expensive in order to cover contents. Still have had no email to say it has been received and I have been refunded. Also sizing did not match what I had previously had from Odlo. I usually have medium tops and small bottoms. With this order I needed the reverse.

Na contact met klantenservice werd me door een medewerker gezegd nogmaals te bestellen omdat de reden van het niet tijdig leveren een fout adres was.... Ik bestel dus 2e maal hetzelfde omdat ik deze uitrusting echt wou. Blijkt de info die ik kreeg toch niet te kloppen, krijg ik 2x dezelfde bestelling en moet ik zelf de retourkosten betalen terwijl ik degene ben die foutieve feedback kreeg.... Jammer...
