  Finding what you need on the site is easy, very useful filters. You get a notice when the package is sent to the delivery service, but then the tracking is not very accurate. I didn't se any change in the status in th emorning, so I went to the store and when I came back home just past noon, I found a note in the mailbox that they had stopped by. The note was not very well written and between the note and what I could find on the website, it wasn't clear wether they would come by again to deliver the package, or I would have to pick it up in a collect point. In the end I had to pick it up. For a next order, I just made sure to stay at home the day after I received notice that the package had been passed on to the delivery service.

  The product is absolutely fantastic! Probably the best on the market! However, the service = delivery time took longer than expected, which annoyed me because it only arrived after our holiday. Also, the packaging was seriously damaged, probably they ruined it at the customs, I don't know but I received a totally messed up box. Luckily the garment inside was not damaged and as said above, we love it.

  I have loved the Odlo mid-layer that I've had in the past, and when I was shopping for base-layers the Odlo website had an excellent selection, with fairly prompt delivery estimates. Unfortunately, they were having BIG problems with order processing/dispatch/delivery. For me, this meant my my order didn't turn up and they admitted further delays when I enquired, but then it was delivered weeks after I cancelled the order and bought elsewhere. Such a shame, hope they get their logistics sorted again soon!

  Good website. It doesn’t take long to get where you want to go. For years I own a long slim fit training trouser and that’s why I came back to Odlo. I’m not too happy with the UPS delivery service, though. I was not informed of the time slot of delivery therefore a 2nd attempt was needed.

  Totally unsatisfied. I was suppose to receive my t shirts within 2 days. I ordered these t shirts to wear them during my holiday. Then I received an email that it will take a another whole week before I would receive the t shirts. I wrote an email to mention that I really would like to receive the shirts before my holiday. I did not receive any response with an apology or compensation. I would never order again with this company!

  filtering of the website does not work user friendly. To avoid non-hits, it randomly drops filters. consumerdesk people are friendly but they were unable to add my adress to the package after it was sent. I had to call the distributor myself to get the package delivered. I called twice and they promised to fix it but they did not manage to fix nor to give me feedback.

  Terrible customer service. Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered, saw it was on the way, didn’t arrive, thought it was delayed (Covid life things take longer), couple of days later got a refund notification. Appears UPS had trouble delivering as they could not understand my address so it was returned to sender. Odlo customer services first accused me of getting my address wrong (have ordered before from Odlo and many other brands With no problem). Then seemed non plussed that my items were mistakenly returned and were now out of stock. Neither Odlo nor UPS contacted me regarding the delivery problem so I had no chance to correct what I can only assume is Odlo’s labelling mistake, to stop the items being resold. Customer services promised to check with the warehouse and get back to me the same day. Heard nothing back for days. Wrote an email. Got the most infuriating response that glossed over everything. Won’t be purchasing from Odlo again as can not be sure I will get my items, and can be sure that if I have any problems then they will NOT help.

  Items received were as presented on the ODLO site. Very good quality! Items fitted perfectly. One note. Delivery were supposed to be from 3 to 6 days as mentioned on the site. Items received 8 working days after ordering. I tracked the package through number provided and didn’t worry about receiving it. Maybe you should say delivery in 5-10 days. Overall all good. We’ll order again. Love the brand, design and quality.

  I hope the actual item is better than the service!! My item still hasn't turned up after 2 weeks. Contacted Odlo customer service they then turned round and said they couldn't help me because they couldn't get hold of UPS. I had to deal with it and got through to UPS straight away!! Turned out the parcel only had half of the delivery address on it...absolutely shocking!!

  I requested a cancellation of my order. Upon instruction by Odlo, I refused the order upon arrival for return to sender by courier. Next day the order was left at my house when I was not home. After 15 days, 2 emails and 2 calls to the customer service, I have still not received instructions on how to get the package returned and have my money reimbursed. A concurrent second order I placed was not delivered in full. The same number of days, emails and calls has not resulted in any feedback on when the second part of the order might be delivered. Overall very poor first experience with Odlo webshop.

  Order came quicker than expected, communication was clear. Overall happy with service. I'm not sure however how simple their returns would be for the UK as it looks like you would have to cover all these costs yourself sending back to Europe luckily for me I didn't have to return anything but it might be something for the company to consider going forward.
