  I have been sent an item totally different from the one depicted in the website. Despite the acknowledgment of the non- compliance by the company I am still supposed to return the item on my expense, which is completely unacceptable. Customer service has been totally unsupportive, useless. It's a shame, since I have always used and appreciated Odlo's products, but a company like that doesn't deserve any other attention.

  In case of return, the customer has to arrange with her/his own courier, pay and take full responsibility. I find this very annoying and not up to common standards of the customer service in this business

  I have ordered before but this time it arrived earlier than I expected. It fits very well. They are expensive compared to other brands but of good quality. I will buy again next time. Hopefully when it's of sale. Items that are of sale are usually out of stocks especially the size and color that I wanted.

  Size advise is poor and as a result had to return same product twice, different sizes, and consequently spend € 36.= on shipping and insurance. Boxes in which the goods were delivered were damaged and could not be reused. Putting a return label inside would have been welcome too.

  I have ordered from ODLO a few times this year. I have paid the delivery charge on each occasion, although I have never had my goods delivered. Instead, the UPS delivery service ops to drop packages off at a local pickup point and you have to collect the package yourself. In my situation it is a small local shop. Why are we paying for delivery? On the last occasion I had to queue outside the shop in the rain for 15 minutes, Covid-19 restricts the number of people allowed to enter shop to allow for Social Distancing. I wrote a letter of complaint to UPS but they don't appear to be able to deal with complaints as they did not respond, possibly because they receive too many? I also complained to ODLO about the appalling delivery service but heard nothing in return. UPS are being paid by ODLO to deliver their goods and UPS are not doing so, they are ripping us all of. It is putting me off ordering from ODLO. Please change your courier.

  I ordered a medium, they sent me a small( on the clothing label) with a medium tag attached. It was definitely a small. In order to rectify this I had to order and pay for another one in medium, then send them the small back, with the receipt for my new one and get a refund for the new one. This to me seems like a greatly over complicated process, and has put me off using the site again. Especially as it was their error. Great product, horrendous system.

  I'm so happy with Odlo-clothing, but Odlo.com makes the overal brand experience so bad! Odlo just removes half of the products from the order with poor communication. Their stock system just really fails. Most of the time I combine multiple products to save on shipping costs (why 100 euro?!) so I wouldn't have order if I knew this in advance. Even managing this review process is done so bad: I'm asked to review products Odlo ditched from my order! Hope you guys read this and really start upgrading the overall experience. The products you sell are so aweome, but the rest really s**cks.

  Very unhappy. Had expected so much more from Odlo. The mistake was theirs (wrong colour shipped and product is much too small) but I still had to pay the return postage myself , £8.50 even though I asked them for a prepaid return label and they simply said 'not our policy'.

  No size chart was associated with the item I purchased so I had to buy/ return one item. Not realising the returns address was in Germany until receiving the goods made this a little expensive!

  Order did not go well. Ordered an item the site says was in stock, when told 3 days later it wasn't. Don't expect that in the age of digital inventory, and the time that communication took delayed the order. Do like their products but this experience was unsatisfactory and the apology was canned and lame.

  Odlo took payment for an order not informing me that the item was not in stock. The item was a birthday gift for my wife. Odlo cancelled the order 2 days before my wifes birthday. When I telephoned the company to enquire about my order, I was met with utter disinterest. Customer service was appalling.

  I order size XXl and it is abnormal small. My chest circumference is 110 cm, Was the label correct? I give the jacket to my wife. I think that I never order online again. And if you have to return it, it is at your own expense.

  I love Odlo products and for biking and walking they are excellent using their principle of layering. It is frustrating that in the French speaking part of Switzerland there are no specific Odlo shops. Ordering on line is not always so easy to choose the right material from the images.

  Excellent brand with high quality products. Online retailers need to provide better guidance when it comes to sizing. Relying on only one measure (i.e. chest or hip size) is archaic. Either provide more information on the garment's measurements, or show 3 - 4 models (human or mannequins) that showcase how a garment could fit given a few parameters (height, weight, build type, etc.)
