  Awful experience order complications charging me twice and customer service is by email only and take days to get back to you. I’m £50 down and I’m still having to ‘prove’ I have sent something to get my refund before Christmas. Won’t use Odlo again.

  Easy to navigate, usually excellent product descriptions, order quickly fulfilled and tracking info provided. One niggle - sometimes it's not clear when items are described as baselayers if they are underwear or can be used as outerwear as well.

  I purchased the shirt by choosing the size by following the instructions on the odlo website, once the shirt arrived I measured it and it was too big, now I should return the purchase by paying the shipping at my expense, Once the refund has been made from part of odlo I would have to buy another jersey again this time of the correct size and pay the shipping costs again. I think this is absurd. I will never buy on the odlo site again

  Very poor as an order placed 29 November has still not arrived 15 December despite an email confirming shipping 1 December. No reply to email to customer services after 5 days and calling was not helpful either. Just told to wait. Very poor service.

  I have ordered 2 items. One with a -20% reduction and in particular an item with 40% reduction which draw my attention in the context of black friday. Finally i was only delivered the item with 20% reduction, due to the fact that the item with -40% was "out of stock". I believe Odlo should send the item (-40%) in backorder as soon as the item is in stock again.Now i feels that Oldo attracted my attention with a nice offer they coudn't deliver, leaving me with a unpleaseant experience.

  Les tailles indiquées sur le site pour les gants sont trompeuses : elle sont trop basses. J'ai dû recommander une nouvelle paire de gants, mais celle-ci était encore trop petite. Il aurait fallu que je commande deux tailles au dessus, mais j'ai abandonné car j'ai dû payer pour chaque retour de produit. En effet, Odlo n'a pas voulu me rembourser les frais de retour (payants au Luxembourg, contrairement à d'autres pays).

  Con los artículos estoy contenta, pero ha habido un problema que no me solucionan, pedí 4, me cobraron 4 y me enviaron 3. Ni me envían la 4 ni me devuelven el dinero. Me han pedido documentación, se las he enviado, aunque el tema estaba clarísimo, sólo tenían que revisar la factura que me enviaron y lo que me cobraron. Espero que me lo solucionen la próxima semana.

  In modern world, e-commerce should provide an easier return process (included shipping label, drop-point location could be identified and emailed to a customer based on their address if they start a return process etc.). Return experience felt outdated (manually finding the return address etc. - such a hassle!). I also had to pay 13 EUROS to ship it back from the Netherlands to Germany by post, which is just makes the very idea of return suffer. Please offer free returns, it is a norm these days. The website itself is rather slow, especially with loading new pages of items.
