  On the the 16th of December I ordere two Odlo products online. With the order confirmation I also received a track-and-trace number for UPS. On the 21st of December I received a message that my products are underway and will be delivered the next day, well before Christmas. So when checking the status of my delivery the next day I read that UPS has returned my products to the sender. Upon my inquiry with Odlo customer service no one was able to help. The next day I just got an email saying that I will be reimbursed. I called customer service again to say that I don’t want to be reimbursed but the products I ordered for Christmas. I was told that I’d received an email with the status of my order soon and if I could reorder the products. By now I have received my money but still no explanation what went wrong or any other solution to the issue, which was and is very annoying indeed since those two products were supposed to be Christmas presents. So I rate Odlo poorly for its customer service and competence to deal with complaints. If I were to treat my clients this way I‘d probably be out of business soon.

  First of all I am a big fan of Odio, this order however didn't go very well. Firstly, it seems the sizes changed significantly since my last order. I have Odlo underwear size from previous purchases. The newly bought base and mid layers however are way too large for me so I have to re-order M. Unlike many other retailers, however, I need to repost my goods at my own cost to Germany, which is more than 30 euros. Very frustrated.

  Ordered on the 13th, inquired on the 17th "when will it ship/". I got a response on the 22nd "we have forwarded your request to the responsible department and will get back to you. Now the 29th and still no response from Odlo. No information about the status of the order. Over two weeks and I still don't know if or when I will get this order. They have my money though.

  The quality of the material is really good, however the sizes may vary from standards and if you want to return the product because it was too small or too big, you need to pay for the return. There is no other shop that asks you to pay for the return during this pandemic situation. I can't go to the shop to try the sizes and I don't find it fair that it's not clearly indicated that you will pay for the return when doing the purchase.

  Buongiorno, sono stati ottimi sia i servizi del sito che l'assistenza. Sono ottimi anche i prodotti. E' stato molto scarso il servizio di UPS. Io sono rimasto sempre in casa in quei giorni ed invece ho ricevuto un messaggio da UPS che il mio pacco era da ritirare in un UPS Point. Oltre alla scomodità di dovere prendere l'auto per andare a ritirarlo, e del tempo perso, il Point è una ricevitoria di scommesse dove i clienti non portavano la mascherina: non è stata una buona esperienza.

  Fine service and it came fairly quickly. The UPS tracking number I was sent did not work, perhaps due to its being an international order, but the package arrived here in pretty good time.

  I'm very satisfied with the service. Because the size did not fit accurately (my mistake), return of goods and money refund went without any problem and fast. Ordering a new size was a piece of cake again.

  I ordered a package to Czechia, it arrived just outside of my city, and ever since then UPS showed the error message of 'Address information required'. I called the Odlo support twice (as instructed by UPS), and they didn't even try to help or check the delivery address on the package, and advised me to order from local versions of shops (which I did), and provide my phone number (which I did). After a week, the order was simply sent back to the seller, and nobody even tried to deliver it to me. I just hope they will give me a refund once the order reaches them.
