  Everything about this purchase was outstanding. Amazingly fast delivery to the US from Germany (less than a week)! Quality is the best. I've been an outdoor/activewear enthusiast for decades and all purchases (socks, sport bra, and baselayer) have already been washed and worn! Will definitely purchase from Odlo again.

  The service I received could have been better. I received an email acknowledging my order and then nothing. So after about 2 weeks I emailed Odlo to ask what was happening about the order. Several days later I got a reply stating that the order had been cancelled as the requested items were no longer in stock. No apology and poor communication with its customers means that I can only given Odlo 2 🌟

  Really poor communication - I have recieved contradictory information from the company with regards to my order. I placed the order at the end of December, and was informed there were shipping delays due to Brexit (okay, no problem, I can wait) but after several weeks the charge was still pending on my account. I emailed to enquire. I then received and automated email saying my order was cancelled, but I could re-order with a 10% discount (which I did not do, as I had had a greater discount from strava which they did not re-offer me). 4 days later I finally received a response to my enquiry saying that my order was being processed still. I replied to say, hang on a minute, my order was cancelled according to this automated email. They responded again, ignoring my email and telling me that my order was delayed because of brexit and no orders were being taken to the UK. I have asked them to cancel my order, which they may or may not have already done. Terrible communication, terrible customer service, will not purchase with Odlo again. For comparison, I placed an order from Salomon at the same time, and despite warnings of delays due to Brexit as well, I was regularly updated and my order arrived yesterday.

  The tracking number I first received was wrong, then the customer service gave me another UPS tracking number, but in the end it turns out the correct delivery company was FEDEX. Fortunately after 3 weeks I still got my order, and the product are good; the tracking system not so much.

  Ho comprato due maglie con la mia solita misura XL, una è larga e l’altra va bene, però le spese di reso sono a mio carico, così come per i pantaloni che non sono risultati della misura giusta pur avendo ordinato il numero che porto di solito.   Love the products but this one went completely awry. I accept the order was made during Brexit/Coronavirus days, but the level of communication was very poor. The order wasn't despatched before Christmas. The only reason I found out was a small note on the website itself - no direct communication. A decision by ODLO was made to not send the jacket - by this time it was also out of stock, although it wasn't when I ordered it - and clearly used my order to fulfil another. I received some confusing emails in the New Year including one to say I would be refunded in German. (Yes I can cope with a message in German, but that's not customer friendly) So OK, I didn't get the Christmas present, I didn't get an offer of a replacement, my jacket that was ready to be despatched was used to fulfil someone else's order, and I received no apology, no offer of an alternative or anything by way of recompense. Pretty poor. I have a number of ODLO products and will probably buy more. Its just probably better to buy them at my local stockist Michael

  This my second attempt at ordering a base layer and headband from Odlo. I needed to reorder these items because UPS delivered my original order to another address resulting in the goods being returned to Odlo. Odlo Customer Service told me that I’d need to reorder the goods if I still wanted them. Two weeks after I placed this second order, I received an email from Odlo cancelling my second order essentially because they hadn’t got their act together for Brexit. I was ask to reorder the goods (again!!!). Three hours after I placed my THIRD(!!!) order for the products, I received a targeted marketing email from Odlo with images of the two products saying “ YOU'VE GOT GREAT TASTE. We noticed you have been checking out our products lately, are you still thinking about it?”. Honestly, what a cheek! I’ve been thinking about it quite a bit since I placed the first order in early December. Odlo are red hot on marketing and soliciting customer reviews (this is my second review for these purchases), but they are being badly let down by gross incompetence on the fulfilment side of things. I can only hope that this will be a case of third time lucky!

  On 29 of December I sent an order to Odlo. I received confirmation of order. Reservation of money for the order appeared on my credit card. I do not know why, but after one week reservation of money disappeared... Ofcourse I did not receive my order. Some days after I contacted with Odlo and asked what happened with my order. They told me, that did not receive money and canceled my order... They suggested to repeat an order... Sorry Odlo, I lost interest already...

  Delivery was ahead of the planned schedule. Everything was perfect and got a message a few day before delivery that one item was not available. Advanced payment was adjusted in one day. I'm using the new items already a few time in cold weather and I'm satisfied really with the quality of the sports items I bought. Will definitely order more items in coming months.

  Website is ok for making orders. One minus is that once you have made an order and you want to add something, you have to make another order. There is no way to combine them. Also the delivery of these two orders is days apart from each other.

  Placed my original order 5 weeks ago. Goods were dispatched promptly. Unfortunately, UPS didn’t deliver the goods to my address. Instead, they delivered them to the local UPS Access Point, who held them for a week before returning them to Odlo. Faults in the Odlo delivery notification email mean I could not view the tracking number and only found out what had happened after I emailed Customer Services three weeks after dispatch. Had not wanted to hassle them sooner as I knew that some couriers were struggling with Xmas delivery volumes. Reordered the goods a week ago and they still haven’t been dispatched. Despite five emails and one voice message to Odlo Customer Service and a call to UPS, I still don’t have my Christmas present. This is the fifth order that I’ve placed with Odlo since April and an uncharacteristically dismal experience.

  I love the concept and designs, however, the search engine and filter of the website could be improved. For example, when searching for bike pants, you also get shirts, jackets, and accessoires for cycling. I find this annoying when I'm looking for a specific item.
