  It s a pity that you have to pay the postal charges for returning to Germany. Why not sending it back to a shop in Holland, for example Bever Sport. I bought a t-shirt. It cost me 11 Euro to send it back.

  Very helpful and professional customer service. I ordered the products in Jan, when the Brexit hit the EU/UK and even if there were some bumps on the road I am very happy with the purchase and how everything was handled by Odlo.

  I ordered from the site because REI was out of stock of my item. It took me a bit to find what I was looking for even though I knew the things can’t product. And of course shipping charges are always a bummer. Otherwise it was perfectly fine.

  Although my rating of Odlo is very good, I am not satisfied with the service of UPS. During all days between ordering and delivering I could not trace my package on the UPS site with the tracking code given. They kept telling me, try later, even when my package had been delivered. The package had been delivered by neighbours, but I did not received a note in my front door mailbox that the package had been delivered at the neighbours. I placed a second order on Feburary 3 last, same situation. Uptil now I can not trace my package throught track and trace code on UPS website.

  Subsequent to placing my order the Odlo web site was changed to say they were not delivering to uk due to border issues post BREXIT. When I called they also included COVID in their reasoning and could not supply a date when my order would be delivered. I do nit accept their reasoning, other mainland European nations are shipping goods daily. I cancelled my order.

  I found a site a bit difficult to navigate. There are so many products, and it is a bit hard to decide between all these products. The information on the site seems quite complete, however, for the baselayers, the graphs with temperature recommendations (from the product packaging) would be useful to see.
