  Despite the fact that I received an order confirmation and some 'good news' mails that the product was shipped, the product has never been delivered. Mails to the customer support organisation to change the color of the jack in case the selected color was suddenly not available anymore were not answered. By phone , I could only speak somebody from the reception desk who didn't know anything about my order. Nobody from the customer support organisation was available ....

  I could easily find what I was looking for and the product appeared to be part of the SALE so the price was also attractive. The colour of the product seemed to me to differ quite a bit from the one on the site, which seems to me to be an area for improvement for ODLO. The service to exchange this for a different colour was excellent. The delivery was not OK, but that is due to DPD, not ODLO. The product was left unattended at the front door.

  Buongiorno, come saprete questo ordine non mi è mai pervenuto. Conteneva i regali natalizi che avrei dovuto consegnare il 25 dicembre o al massimo il 28 dicembre, ma nulla ho ricevuto. Ovviamente ciò ha comportato una pessima figura con le persone a cui avrei dovuto consegnare i regali. Mi avevate garantito la consegna entro tre – cinque gg lavorativi, ma nemmeno al 31 dicembre nulla è arrivato. Oltre a chiedere (come già fatto telefonicamente la scorsa settimana) la restituzione della somma già a voi devoluta, sono a chiedere un ristoro del danno ce mi avete cagionato Non avrei mai pensato che una azienda come Odlo, dei cui prodotti sono stato sempre soddisfatto, mi potesse deludere in questo modo. Attendo vostro riscontro Grazie

  The product was good, but it's about 3 weeks from Germany to Italy. I ordered once at the beginning of November - 3 weeks. I had the wrong size so I had to order again. This time also took 3 weeks. The company blamed the delay on something that happened with DHL in November. During time I received other orders from Germany, via DHL, quickly. This is why they are getting a lower rating. The product is great but I won't be ordering from them again.

  I bought them for bike rides. Always had cold hands. So these should be were warm enough, they said. Well, they were not. During a one an half bike ride with temperature four degrees Celsius I had very cold hands. Too cold. 🥶 Send them back and have the money already back.

  If you are willing to wait for 3 weeks for a package to move from Germany to Italy, it's a great deal for a nice product. We accidentally mis-ordered on the website the first time. That took 3 weeks to delivery and <1 week to return the product (at our own expense).

  I use to buy at odlo.com. However I give only 3 stars because their return policy. In case you want to make a return, you will have to look for a transport agency and pay it. Last return I made cost me 11 euros.

  Ik heb mijn pakket nooit ontvangen en de klantenservice reageert nergens op. In twee jaar tijd 6 bestellingen gedaan. 1 is direct succesvol geleverd, 3 pakketten zijn nooit teruggevonden en 2 zijn retour gestuurd, omdat de Odlo site geen juiste koppeling kon maken met een track and trace link. De Nederlandse Odlo klantenservice is de slechtste klantenservice die ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Beloven zaken op te lossen en terug te bellen, maar je hoort er nooit meer wat van. Medewerkers kunnen en mogen niks en een leidinggevende spreken is onmogelijk. Zelden een merk gezien met hoogwaardige producten en zo'n schandalig slechte service, zowel in de digitale omgeving als met klantenservice. Voor mij nooit meer Odlo!
