  After a few small issues with my first order I decided to order again. Everything went incredibly well. I love everything I received and the product is incredible. Since I live in the USA we do not have garments made this well or even fit well. When it comes to athletic clothing and undergear the Europeans just know how to do it. That’s why Europeans look so much better, alt all times and situations. I could not be happier.

  A very poor service from Odlo. It took virtually 2 weeks to get a delivery with me chasing via email and receiving some lame excuse about delays due to customs processing. Odlo shouldn't offer Int'l delivery when clearly unable to do so in a reasonable amount of time. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering direct from Odlo, if you're outside of Germany.

  It pains me to write this review because I LOVE the Odlo shirts that I own. I ordered two mediums because my other Odlo shirts are mediums. I like my shirts because they are are a compression fit and do not raise up or shift when exercising. I thought I was buying the same shirt. The mediums I bought are HUGE, they just hang on me. I also ordered an Odlo shirt again size medium from another supplier "TradeInn" and it too big. I started with this shirt to return and the return process was complicated and expensive because the return was going to Spain. I made the mistake of thinking the other two shirts I bought directly from you, would also have the same return policy. I decided to look at Odlo's site for the return policy and saw it was much simpler and the shirts would be returned in the US. Unfortunately I'm passed the 30 days. I've lost $101.95 USD for this Odlo order and I lost $36.98 USD on the TradeInn order. I wish Odlo continued making the compression-style shirts. I own two (they said Odlo Underwear Technology. Fabric Polyester and Polyamide) and I would like to buy more. Do you still make these?

  brutta esperienza, ho fatto un ordine, ho atteso 3 settimane per poi scoprire che il corriere DHL non ha trovato l'indirizzo e la merce è stata resa indietro. Nessun secondo tentativo di consegna, nessuna chiamata. Faccio notare che l'indirizzo è corretto, arrivano corrieri tutti i giorni dato che si tratta di un ufficio che è sempre aperto. Per altro non ho potuto riordinare gli stessi articoli in quanto nel frattempo sono andati esauriti sul sito. Ho mandato diverse mail, mi hanno risposto solo diversi giorni dopo, ma non hanno saputo aiutarmi. Esperienza pessima, mai piu.

  I have never received my order, I reached Odlo many times and they don't do anything to solve it. The package is nowhere, the tracking is not working, I have not received anything, and I want to be refunded but Odlo don't care and do nothing.

  The customer service was very dissappointing to start with the package seemed to have been held up in a warehouse waiting for custom clearance. After 10 days I was not happy that the reason given for the delay was a custom hold up and was concerned the item was lost and sent yet another email to them and was told they could not find my previous 5 emails and that I needed to contact upscas I had not put my house number with the order. I replied that I had no house number just a name and that was sufficient for all deliveries I receive. After two days I received another reply saying they had answered my email and reiterating that I needed to contact ups which I had told them that I had tried and it was impossible. I then looked at the tracking app from ups and the package had moved from in the warehouse to undeliverable. On Monday morning I sent an email to odlo on on both there email addresses as they seem to have two for customers and that is why they probably could not find my emails asking them to find out what was going on as I had put the delivery code into the app tracker on ups and the app told me it was not a valid number. I have still on Wednesday morning not had a reply to this email. They also have a 0800 number on which I have left numerous messages and no one has contacted me. Why is this on the website if it is not working??? I am a extremely angry with my experience and treatment and know that I should only write this review if I have received the product but I have lost faith with customer service and perhaps you can contact them and ask them to sort this out?

  Feeling ripped off! Not mentioned that returns are on my own cost (12,45 eur!!) ,not providing retour label even if you only want to switch size! Sending 2 out of 3 items and not getting any reply from customer service. Absolutely the worst service experienced in years.

  Dopo più di 2 settimane in stallo nei pressi dell indirizzo di consegna, il prodotto non è mai stato ricevuto e quindi è ritornato presso il mittente. Al di là della totale inefficienza e mancanza di professionalità del corriere che ha finto consegne per tutta la durata del peroodo seppur ci fossero persone costantemente in casa, il venditore Odlo non ha fornito alcun tipo di supporto nelle comunicazioni col corriere, comunque rintracciabile . Il sito nella fattispecie ha fornito indicazioni non veritiere sia sul tracciamento giornalmente che riguardo i tentativi di consegna.

  Sadly, about 5 years ago Odlo ceased selling their briefs for older men suffering with testicular enlargement and majored on skinny ones for youngsters. Therefore I seldom visit the online store.
