  I have placed two orders a year for the last 15 years and had perfect service with every order. The quality of the teas sold including the cheaper ones is superb and I drink nothing else. The website can be used in English. Postage to the UK is by air-mail and reasonably priced.

  Wonderful products great packaging but huge delays with shipping and no tracking number due to a website error. However the people at customer support made sure that everything was still in order (and did so in English) so I’m overall still happy with my experience ordering them from Ukraine

  I love infusion teas of Palais des Thés very much which are not found in Japan. The quality of the tea is very high not only in taste also the flavor. The shop services in handling and shipping are quite favorable always received products within a week even in Japan.

  My order arrived with 9 days of delay. There was some trouble with its delivery. I phoned several times both to Palais des Thés and Chronopost. It took time and several phone calls to France but it was solved and Palais des Thés refunded my shipping costs.

  I keep getting samples with each order I make. But they are always of teas I am not interested in.This is a waste. It would be far more useful if you used it to offer me samples either similar to what I order (regularly) or ask me what I'd like to try.

  This was an easy order handled perfectly. The tea arrived in excellent condition very quickly. The only issue I have is that the website does not include the USA in the drop down list of countries when you are filling out the billing and delivery information at checkout. I asked about it didn't get a coherent answer. Please add it so that I can order from the USA when I'm there-otherwise great
