  The customer service was awesome, i talked to them via text because i live in US, they were very nice and helpful!!! The shipping was fast and cheap. It arrived in 10 days, I've ordered pipes here that haven't got to me that fast. The pipes were packed well and arrived in great shape.

As your shipping address is in Ireland, your package will most likely be either shipped to you by boat or returned to us. For these reasons, it is quite normal that your package has not yet reached you.
