  Bought the Pallette umbrella and weekend bag as a gift for my sister who is an artist. She loved it! I had seen it in a window display on a trip to Italy a few months ago and I knew it was perfect for her. Having it shipped from Italy to the US, I was a bit hesitant, but service was great, and shipping happened without any problems. Reached its destination in about 8 days.

  I payed extra for delivering on my house address. But still it was sent to a central service point. DPD is the worst service to send packages. Please take another ! They say it is your fault, because you sent it B to B and than it is not allowed (according to DPD) to deliver at a private address> I want my extra money for delivery at home back. I can't collect my package because of my handicap

  I love the bright colors and patterns with Pylones. The only thing I didn't like was that my package required a signature, which I didn't expect or ask for. This made us have to go to the post office to pick it up, when it would have been fine to drop off at our home.

  Ordered set of 2 350ml emotion bowls. The order process was nit difficult and the delivery was complete in 8 days. (France to Canada). The bowls are perfect as ice cream bowls, a little small for cereal. Quality is amazing porcelain and white glass. The faces are cute. I have ordered from Pylones a few times and every order was simple, fast and everything exceeded expectations.

  When pylones left london i was shocked, I thought people loved it as much as i did. On a recent trip ro Florence I discovered a pylons shop less than one minute from my hotel, needless to say i took full advantage of it.   I have found Pylones at Vienna railway station and really enjoyed how the products are designed and colourful. Especially the "Palette" collection. I gave my daughters and wife a chance to select items of their liking as Christmas gift and it seems it made them really happy. I was also astonished by fast (after Christmas) delivery - it arrived from France to Czechia within three days (ordered on Wednesday, received on Friday).

  Very good service, tracking information was easy to follow. My Pylones parcel from France was delivered quicker than items ordered at the same time in the UK. I will definitely order more items from the lovely, bright range of gifts at Pylones.
