  I love Pylones. I regularly buy gifts online from there for friends and family. The products are lovely, and very different from what I can buy in my own country. The service is amazing - I receive my orders (in good condition and at less cost than other companies I deal with) within 2 weeks even though they are sent right across the world.

  I've just purchased this Palette chopping board to replace an identical one given to me 6 years ago, it's brilliant, but as I used it every day the backing started peeling off lately, no surprise after all this time and use. It's lovely to have a brand new one. My husband now uses my old one to mix his paints on, and so it lives on, many thanks.

  I have received no info about the delivery neither from you nor from Chronopost and its delivery staff. I found out aboutthe delivery by chance and then still it took me 5 days to find out where the package actually is, since at the shop they told me nothing would be there. During that time I have sent 3 messages to your customer service, no reply. They have only replied when I had fixed things on my own - after 1 week.

  I love Pylones patterns and the microfiber towels are amazing. They are absorbent and lightweight. Every few months I treat myself to a microfiber towel and now I have quite a collection. I use one for my hair and one for my body to turn daily showers into a spa experience! Using one as a wrap for my wet hair keeps my hair from frizzing.

  Firstly, I'd like to say that the kettle I bought is BEAUTIFUL! During the shipping prices, Canada Post fail to deliver my parcel - I contacted Pylones and they went beyond to help me and support my delivery. I am delighted with my purchase and it will make a great Mother's Day .

  I ordered 5 "city" mugs to remind of places I've visited and places I've lived. As expected, they bring some extra joy to my morning coffee. Unfortunately, "Paris Bleu" was broken when it arrived at my post office box. The brown cardboard box was flimsy and crushed by the journey between France and the US. The sturdy small boxes in which Pylones packages the mug were strong enough to protect the other 4 mugs. I have many quirky Pylones items I purchased when living in Europe for myself and for my friends. I hope Pylones finds a better shipper when they send things to North America.

  you say you gift wrap, but no where online is there an option for that and my order was a gift. I emailed three times about this as I didn't want th e bill included in the order and also asked that a gift message be sent. you NEVER replied. the parcel went out unwrapped, with bill and no note. thanks.
