  The dishes arrived with one badly chipped, after a long hunt to find out how to actually contact Pyrex I left details and photos and a week later I am still awaiting any contact at all. Terribly bad customer service.

  Unfortunately I had to send about 5 messages to Pyrex regarding a damaged item. I tried every possible contact option. I got a confirmation email after sending the contact request, but never heard anything after that. Eventually ( 5 weeks later) after replying to a marketing email from pyrex, I got a response from Ana. She apologised and said the message had gone to spam. She then dealt with the situation quickly and efficiently (thank you Ana), but I will not buy from this site again.

  Ordered a replacement lid for a circular 1.4 litre and 2.1 litre glass casserole sish. However impossible to tell from the website if it would fit. When I received them one fitted after a fashion but for the larger dish. The bigger one was far too big for any of my casserole dishes so I have just wasted money. Impossible to get a refund as postage cost is more than cost of item and Pyrex make the customer pay. Need more careful descritpions on website plus which original dishes the lids will fit.

  Really good service. So quick. The lid I ordered was the smallest size available, but unfortunately it was too big for my dish. Which is a shame but that's life.

  Identifying the correct size of replacement lids from the measurements supplied is impossible, because where the actual measurement is located isn't clear. Something Pyrex need to clarify to their customers.

  I ordered some pyrex dishes which are excellent for cooking, they came in a timely fashion although there was a mix-up with the order this company dealt with it swiftly and efficiently. I was not inconvenienced in any way.

  When my order arrived it was incorrect. There was no customer service phone number, only a message facility that specified someone would get back to me. This didn't however happen, on both occasions that I messaged. I now have 2 glass lids that are the incorrect size for the my dishes, that I ordered as replacements. The fact that there is no customer service contact seems unbelievable. I would like the items replaced but there seems to be no way of doing this. VERY disappointed with what I considered a reputable company.

  I only wanted to replace a lid for my casserole dish. The Pyrex website was so easy to navigate. The lid was delivered on time and packed really well. Definitely use again.

  Issue 1, missing items; not a huge deal, it happens. Issue 2, in 2 days it will be 4 weeks since I got in touch to try and resolve this issue. I wouldn't recommend buying direct from Pyrex based on this experience

  I am really pleased to have found this site as it offers the best range of Pyrex equipment possible and items are at competitive prices. It also offers sales on items where the savings are truly staggering. Able to purchase what I needed at a bargain price which was fantastic. I recommended the site to my family.

  No customer service from Pyrex. no phone number to call. I sent emails telling them the delivery problems. (I chose next day delivery) Pyrex said would reply in 3 working days - no reply at all. Main problem was DHL the couriers. Kept promising a delivery day, which failed 3 times, tracking the parcel didnt update, it was impossible to get an answer as to WHY it had not been delivered on the day specified by them, and then WHEN it would actually be delivered. Eventually, it was delivered on the fourth day and was just left on the doorstep at 20.00 at night - no ring of the bell or knock of the door. I heard footsteps on the gravel and opened the door, to find the parcel and see the van speeding off.

  I ordered 2 sets of lids for my Pyrex dishes and realised straight away that I had made a mistake on the size of one of the orders. I tried to modify the order but apparently once you have placed the order you can’t change it. You have to return the item and order again. The delivery charge is £5.99 and the cost of the item is £11.50 so hardly worth ordering again. If I was able to modify the order then I would not be writing this review.

  The site was easy enough to navigate, however, the goods were initially shown as "new product" but out of stock. This was slightly confusing if it's a new product, why would it be out of stock? This be shown on the website for several weeks, so you could never place an order. Sent an email to customer service, who took a couple of weeks to respond, & then in french! Eventually got a response to say the product wouldn't be in stock until early Feb'23. Over Christmas recevied another email saying product was in stock, so quickly placed the order. This was executed extremely quickly, & efficiently after what initially turned out to be a very frustrating experience.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The customer service and returns is appalling. The dishes/lids were badly packed and arrived broken. Despite sending photographic evidence they refuse to acknowledge, and I cannot get a refund or a replacement.

  The site is very easy to use and the order was despatched quickly. The delivery was slow and disorganised though and I had to chase DHL for updates. The products are as expected of Pyrex: of good quality and robust.

  I ordered 4 dishes. One arrived in pieces. I have written twice to Pyrex asking for them to address the matter but they have failed to respond. So far, very poor after-sales experience. Not what I expected from a ‘reputable’ company.

  I could not return the broken item as your system was not working. I ordered this for my 84 year old mother. I live in the USA & have now returned there after the Christmas holiday. Therefore please provide me with a refund…I had to throw out the broken item rather than leave with my mother to deal with. Thanks

  I am very pleased with my pyrex cooking sheets(baking trays). Delivery was quick and the product is delightful to cook with, no sticking and no worry about toxic metals leeching into my food. I'm already recommending pyrex to my friends and family:-)

  I would give 0 stars if this was possible. A few of my items arrived damaged, so I contacted Pyrex customer services on 2 occasions (over 1 month ago) but I've had no reply. Terrible company with a poor customer service. I will need to contact the credit card company for a refund.
