  They sent 2 of the wrong items. When I tried to get this resolved, they were almost impossible to contact. When I eventually did find a way to do so, they demanded photos of what I ordered and what I received. They didn’t check my original order and then kept asking for my postal details repeatedly. They wouldn’t reply, nor confirm when the 2 missing items would be sent and I had to chase them for 3 weeks, until they finally replied and eventually sent the missing items. In short, very badly organised and very had to deal with.

  At first I was dissapointed that everything I wanted to order was showing out of stock on the website. However after I reached out to customer service they were able to update the website to reflect that some items were in fact in stock. Customer support was super helpful and very courteous. I wish the website would have been properly updated in the first place, but short of that I'm happy with how it was handled.

  Service and delivery were excellent, but I think the pyrex design could be improved. The cover on the large oval glass casserole dish does not sit very securely, and can therefore easily become displaced and damaged in use

  I really like these dishes as I can use them for serving, storing in the fridge and also reheating in a microwave , all in one good quality glass dish which comes with handles which is what makes it different from ither glass containers... saves me the trouble of having to use serving and storage dishes separately. I'm a happy customer 😊

  I ordered 3 of these dishes, they are a great size as I need them when I am cooking for a crowd of about 50 odd people. They arrived promptly and were packaged well so not to incur any damage in transit. They clean up lovely without much scrubbing like non stick pans do. I might need another one as the ovens I use at our club will take 4.

  I ordered three Cook&Store replacement plastic lids. I expected items used in the preparation and storage of food to be supplied with in individual plastic bags or similar protection. Mine were not. Mine were also dusty. I also noted the sticky identification label of one lid had been removed. Why? Did I get sent lids that had been returned by a previous customer?

  Buying was easy Pyrex is great delivery from DHL abysmal I was emailed 3 days running to say the pyrex would be delivered today but no delivery then I was emailed that the pyrex was due to be picked up from DHL warehouse 45mins away

  I recently ordered two sets of glassware from Pyrex, spending over £60, but unfortunately, one of the sets was oddly shaped and didn’t meet my needs. I decided to return it, only to be hit with a £10 postage charge! It’s really disappointing that Pyrex doesn’t offer free returns, especially when most other retailers, like Amazon, make the process hassle-free. After this experience, I’ll think twice before ordering directly from Pyrex again. I expected better customer service and more consideration for loyal customers. Next time, I’ll stick with Amazon.

  My original order arrived chipped. When asked for replacements they asked for photos of the damage. I sent them the obvious one and told them that the others were too difficult to get clear pictures. They persisted and seemed to think that it was my job to help them improve their product. I suspect that i was dealing with someone who was not too familiar with the English language. Either way I was not impressed. It appeared that they were making a meal out of it in the hope that I would give up. The replacements came only after I had given their Customer Service a poor review.

  I have mixed feelings. The delivery while very quickly organised, was terrible. The package was smashed, the tape was broken, and the courier lied it was delivered and signed by me. In reality, it was left in front of the building where it could be very easily stolen. Two products seem good quality but one cracked before I got the chance to use it, so overall rather poor experience for spending £60 for three items.

  Two out of three items arrived damaged. Customer care then asked for photos. I sent the one easiest to photo but they then wanted more. It felt as if they were trying to make such a song and dance that I would give up and go away. They are prone to chipping anyway but at least I thought it might be possible to start off with unchipped versions.

  I could not have the lids delivered to Ireland due to faults on the website, would not allow non UK address. I had it delivered to my daughter in London and she in turn sent my lids costing £13 in postage to me. Customs in Ireland then held them until I paid a further €18.13 in vat. In the end the 4 lids which originally cost £18.50 ended up costing me €62.72 to finally reach my Irish address so not happy at all.

  Quality brand that’s been in the market a ling time. Synonymous with quality. Only gripe is the fact that PYREX and pyrex are different qualities. And that the markings on their jugs do not survive the dishwasher

  Although I accidentally ordered the wrong size, Pyrex went out of their way to be as unhelpful as they could, not only stating I received my order, but that they would NOT allow me to exchange the order for the size I intended to purchase. If ordering from them, be precise in you're selection, because if you accidentally order the wrong size, rest assured, you are stuck with what you ordered, as they WILL NOT EXCHANGE nor contemplate to. Such a TERRIBLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE with PYREX, Stay clear!!!

  Good storage but the dishes are to shallow it exposes more food to the air so wider amount to possibly get freezer burn. If the dishes held the same amount but were deeper than the amount of food open to the air is vastly smaller. If you half the length of these dishes it would double the depths and therefore half the amount of food would be exposed to the air.
