Verified reviewoh dear, your records will show that the larger dish arrived total smashed. No wrapping like bubble wrao was used. I reported the damage to your French office who wanted photos which I supplied. They have confirmed a new one is being delivered tomorrow. sadly by the previous courier DHL. I just hope they take better cae of the new one than last.

Verified reviewUsing site was ok, nothing confusing there...its your products that I have a qualm about..the big dish is perfect, suits my needs perfectly. The other 2 are a scandal!!! Feels like a scam....I ordered what I believed was a dish big enough to use for microwave eggs but what I got are two tiny containers that holds hardly anything...maybe an egg 🥚 I paid almost £10 per each but I may just throw them away

Verified reviewI received broken products and my wife injured her hand whilst trying to open the package. Despite of several attempts to contact pyrex for a return/refund, i havent received my refund or return instructions. Buying process is easy, delivery and packaging is 0/10 and the customer service is even worse. Never again!
