Verified reviewThe Pyrex products are excellent hence the variety of the order. I was disappointed with the round pizza tray as some deformation could be seen in two places. Fortunately the coating was not compromised so did not make an issue of it.

Verified reviewDespite entering an address for delivery on the on line form this was not followed it was sent to the billing address. On complaining another order was sent to the requested address. 2 x 15cm lids in a box 45cm x 30cm x 12cm. Extremely large for what was inside. And this happened twice!! Environment suicide. Packaging is meant to be reduced! On line forms are supposed to reduce errors. This whole order has been a disaster for 2 small replacement lids

Thank you for your reply. Apart from the waste of excessive packaging had I paid for p&p I would be really mad about the cost as the lids could have been dispatched in a sturdy/padded envelope.
