Verified reviewVery poor customer service/care I contacted Pyrex via there message system that asks you to only message once and wait a reply last Thursday as only received half my order that I have paid for and no response to acknowledge or apologise for this which I am still awaiting a reply for to find out what has happened to my missing items!

Verified reviewThis was my 2nd order with them. The first was OK but this one arrived with one damaged item and one missing item. The company initially refused to accept responsibility for the damaged item until I threated them with Trading Standards. They then sent me a list of proof they required that I bought the damaged item from them which I have just sent. Still waiting to hear whether they will refund me or replace the damaged item and send me the missing one. Very bad customer service. Doubtful I will buy from them again and would not recommend them.

Verified reviewThese are brilliant. Thick quality baking trays. Made from a healthy and sustainable material. My dad was diagnosed with blood cancer and has yo avoid use of all metals when cooking. These are perfect. I even snapped up some for myself. Everywhere else had sold out, perfectly packaged.
