Review collected by a third partyDelivery - if it can be called that - was a TOTAL disaster. I'm pretty sure I pointed out courier deliveries CANNOT be made to s PO Box and gave alternative instructions with the order. There followed a nightmare sequence of failed communications with DX. You must have your reasons for using them, but it is easier to contact HMRC than them!

The product arrived as per their email, was packaged securely and the product arrived undamaged!?! The product is perfect for my needs, perfectly described on their website, absolutely no complaints whatsoever, highly recommended them and their product!?!

Review collected by a third partyOrder did not arrive next day as advertised and advised on order. I cancelled the order after two days and stopped the delivery. Although the company fully agreed that they messed up it has taken a few days for a credit note to be issued and l am still awaiting the refund! Very friendly customer service and to be fair a great selection of packaging material. But you should not have to wait for a refund when the company itself messed up very disappointing as l thought l had found a company we could work with.
