The company seems to have changed from being so helpful and fast to just making mistakes and I am not feeling like ordering from them. It's such a competitive market and I feel they need to up their game again to stop me from going elsewhere. The past few years they have been amazing and friendly and helpful but something has happened and I have lost confidence in them.

wrong information. unhelpful at all. i had issue on their very forst order. i asked customer care help to return parcel. they like to charge 35 £ fees to send back which they sent me with 62£ bill includes 9.89postage charge initially. very bad service i explained custemer care person but not good service from them.

Ok. The tissue paper that I ordered came I a big box that didn’t really fit. Because of this the paper was bent and crushed. Previously the paper came in a flat box.

There was some issues with my delivery, it took a while to get sorted and was delivered late but usually everything runs smoothly. Sonia Zubair was excellent throughout the whole transaction, polite, informative and willing to sort the situation out as best she could. Staff like Sonia are a credit to the company and should be appreciated and rewarded (Christmas bonuses, extra days off?) accordingly.
