    The box was supposed to be strong to hold heavy weight as advertised but when I got the box it was already folded on one side. The reactangle box was looking like a pentagonal box. I wonder how the box can protect my contents if it cannot handle courier handling?

    The products themselves are very good and it feels a bit unfair to only give two stars but the delivery experience marred the who experience and did put me off using Raja again. Why companies use DX to deliver their products is beyond me. My order was on express delivery but took over a week to arrive. DX repeatedly (5 times) failed to deliver despite being only 5 minutes from my house on two occasions. Every time it would be out for delivery, it would then go back to base without delivery even being attempted. Every day it was then put back to the next day and the process started again, this happened 5 times before the delivery was finally made. I had to call Raja customer service team three times, who were absolutely fantastic and did eventually resolve the problem but it was very inconvenient waiting in for a parcel that never came. So this review is really about DX but Raja use them and it did put me off from ordering again which is a shame. As a sender of goods to customers and businesses I know that it really is false economy to use cheaper couriers like DX

    The box checker on the website is not accurate as it doesn't specify the internal dimensions of the boxes. I ordered the wrong size due to this and 2 weeks later I am still trying to contact ANYONE who can organise a return and refund. Customer service is horrible and tell me I'm lying when I say I called to ask if the box checker was correct. Emails go unanswered and I'm not £100 out of pocket with huge useless boxes that I don't want. I would not recommend this company at all.

    Our order was delivered to the incorrect address although it was clearly stated on the order and the confirmation. I did contact Customer Services by telephone and arrangements were made to re-ship the order to the correct address and also pick up the packages that were incorrectly delivered.

    Unfortunately this order was sent in 2 parts as some was not in stock, as we were exporting it incurred almost £100 extra in freight charges than it should have. It would have been much better if the short fall had been refunded and we could then have ordered a larger quantity with the next order.

It appears that the order was not delivered on a pallet, as it was dispatched from our warehouse, which led to the missing item. We're grateful you brought this to our attention, as we would not have known otherwise that the delivery deviated from our agreed process. We’ve since escalated this with our Delivery Partners for investigation. I also apologise for overlooking your request to delay the replacement delivery. In our eagerness to resolve the issue promptly, we missed that detail — and I’m sorry for any inconvenience this caused.     NO the matter has not been resolved to our satisfaction. we use contract manufacturer so they have other customers where they agreed to use those wrong sized boxes, but we, your buyer/customer had to shop our products overseas without boxes and that might result in goods/containers getting damaged, soiled, etc. on the way and at the ports plus the damage to our image and presentation .....

    I appreciate the affordability and ease of ordering from Raja, as well as the excellent customer service provided when contacting your team. However, I have consistently encountered issues with the delivery process, which significantly impacts the overall experience. On multiple occasions, my items have arrived damaged due to poor handling during transit. The boxes often appear to have been inadequately protected in the depot, as evidenced by dampness and visible damage upon delivery. It seems that the delivery drivers do not handle packages with care, and the use of cheaper delivery options may be contributing to this problem. While I continue to order from Raja due to its affordability, the lack of quality control in both the depot and delivery stages is disappointing. I urge you to improve the handling and protection of parcels during transit and storage to ensure customers receive their items in good condition. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see improvements in the future, as it would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

As you can see, I have placed multiple orders with your service, and I have provided feedback in the past as well. Unfortunately, it seems that the issues I’ve raised have not been resolved, and in some cases, the service has declined further. This has been disappointing, especially as a returning customer.
