Be very careful when buying from this website. Their product pages and checkout are extremely misleading. I ordered cardboard boxes that were advertised as a “Pack of 10”, but when you add the item to the basket, the website shows “PACK QUANTITY 10” above the quantity selector — and the quantity is also set to 10. The way this is displayed makes it look like you are buying 10 packs of 10, i.e., 100 boxes. Instead, they only send one single pack of 10, meaning the price is effectively triple what many other suppliers charge. Because of this confusing layout, I now have to pay out of pocket to return the item plus also lost money in the restocking fee — which feels unfair given how unclear the website is. Very disappointing experience and would not recommend unless they improve their product descriptions and checkout layout.

While this particular product is sold in packs of 10, the price displayed reflects the cost per box/unit of that pack. When placing an order, unless otherwise stated, pricing is calculated on this basis. We note on our website that items are sold in packs but priced per box in these instances, providing clearer information for our customers. Regarding the restocking fee, the email advises that this fee is only applicable if items are returned after the specified date. We operate a 14-day returns policy. Provided the items are returned within this timeframe, no restocking fee will apply. I hope the above clarifies both matters for you. The experience with Raja was excellent, prompt and easy to order. The delivery arrangements less so. There was a full day 8.00 - 5.00 delivery window (most people usually give a 1 or 2 hour time slot).The driver had no way of getting the pallet off the van so I suggested he cut the wrapping and I carried the boxes in. He said he was leaving the pallet and I said we didn't want it. I later found he had in effect fly-tipped the pallet on the pavement outside our premises. It was too heavy for me to move and so was left there overnight. We now have a heavy pallet that we need to dispose of.
