Review collected by a third partyI would have given it more stars because I did genuinely have a good first experience purchasing packaging with Raja, though mind you, it was only a first experience and I would have ideally preferred to have made more purchases before providing a review. However, I felt compelled to write this when I found out that ever since I made my purchase, I have been hounded on my social media platforms, especially YouTube with adverts from them to make more purchases. Literally almost every video I click on, there's another advert. First of all, how do you have access to my YouTube account when I never provided it? But of course it's the algorithm, data privacy etc. the world we live in today. This isn't right. If I've signed off my anonymity because of a purchase, then I'm going to hesitate to make another one. This needs to stop.

Review collected by a third partyI contacted Raja through their online chat to check how many of a certain product they had in stock. They confirmed they had 10 packs of 12. I placed my order with no problems. When the order arrived, there were only 5 packs in the parcel. I had not received any communication from Raja that their stock was incorrect on their system and my order would be short. I had to contact THEM to find out what had happened to my order. This is where my frustration lies and why my score is so low. If they had made me aware of the shortage before I received the order, my score would have been higher.
