The company is so efficient and I rate it very highly but their delivery service with DX was diabolical, which is a shame because that reflects on the company. However, their customer service department were as shocked as I was and worked so hard to ensure my order was eventually delivered.

Ideal product as usual but I was caught out with the delivery as I wasn't aware it was going to be delivered first time, and unusually, a signature was required so they couldn't be left as usual.
