Review collected by a third partyReview Updated 22/02/23: Following my original review Chantelle from Raja contacted me to confirm that the original issue was due to an internal error, and she worked with me to correct the issue and reimburse my out of pocket costs... This changed my opinion of Raja Packaging as all companies makes the odd mistake, but it's how you recover it that matters the most and they have done this to my satisfaction. I would recommend buying from Raja after this experience.. Original review.... I contacted RAJA Packaging via their website on-line chat to enquire if they sold supplies for my air cushion machine, and was given incorrect advice, together with a link to place an order (which I did). Then the order arrived it did not fit the machine and so I requested a return and refund. Firstly I was asked to send images of the product, and then when I asked for the them to cover the cost of the return shipping (as it was their mistake, not mine) I felt like I was treated poorly - they told me they would go away and check their records of the conversation, and then after more than 24 hours I had to chase them up. I eventually paid for my own courier to deliver the return to Raja, and after following this up once again, I eventually received a refund - however I am out of pocket for what was Raja packaging's mistake, not mine. This is just not good enough - I accept mistakes happen but to put the issue back to me instead of accepting their mistake is really poor.
