Review collected by a third partyRaja have lost the plot. They decided it would be a good idea to deliver our order of 8 individual items without placing them in any outer packaging. Instead they had their driver throw them in back of a van and roll around to get filthy, and then had the driver deliver them in a big pile outside my neighbours door, blocking the entrance. Customer service team who we called to complain to were equally inept, offering to look into the problem with our order, but failing to ask even for an order number or name! Hopelessly failing in their attempt to save money by not using packaging and a cheap delivery service. Sad, because they used to be good

Review collected by a third partyOrdered and paid next day delivery for our small business prior to Xmas. Received an email saying it would be received next day (or following if after 3pm cut off). Two days later I queried to make sure it was being sent. Told there was an error and we wont have it until January. Queried it via email and didn't receive a response. Wouldn't have been informed of the delay if I didn't message in the first place.
